We have been coming to Sandpiper Cove for 30 years.
This Condo has the best view of the Gulf! We would highly recommend. I know we can't avoid the Palmetto Bugs, but that would be our only complaint. Family Vacation was fabulous!

Our condo was exactly what I was looking for! Clean. Breathtaking views right on the beach. Spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed plus other “ little things” that I didn’t expect!! The beach was clean and beautiful and we had no issues getting chairs where we wanted. The largest pool with the hot tubs was closed the week we were there and that was disappointing but that is really the only thing that we were upset about. The checking in and out process was smooth. We booked directly through Sandpiper and no issues at all. The beds and pillows were not so comfortable but that’s something that I can fix by bringing my own pillows next time. I would absolutely recommend this unit to others. I plan to stay in this exact unit when I return to Destin. Overall, I am very happy with my stay here and will be returning!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The view is AMAZING and loved the great furniture on the balcony for enjoying the weather and gorgeous Gulf. Kitchen was well stocked and bed in master was super comfy!

We have visited Sandpiper Cove many times over the past 10-12 years. This was our favorite beach-side unit ever! It is very comfortable and has great views from the large deck. We have watched our daughter grow up on our beach trips there and loved seeing her get married on this same beach!

Condo was exactly as described. Great beachfront location. The only thing I would change is adding a couple of chairs to the living area for more seating. Will definitely be staying at this location again next year.

We loved our stay at sandpiper 2156. Condo is right on the water and a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. Kitchen was well stocked.

We waited to see what the weather would be like in Destin for Spring Break before we booked somewhere to stay. We found unit 2156 in Sandpiper Cove and absolutely loved it! The view was amazing! The community it is in is nice and quiet with great amenities. It is very close to restaurants and family activities. We highly recommend this property!

Amazing Gulf View! Deck was awesome with beachy high quality patio furniture! Room was clean and as described. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was a late check-in. Check-in was at 4pm but didn't get into room until almost 6pm. We were able to wait in Rick's Sand Trap bar/grill on property which was nice, but it was still frustrating to not have room ready after a 12 hr drive!

We love Sandpiper Cove. The location is perfect. The view from the balcony is like something out of a magazine. The patio furniture is great and the living room is spacious and comfortable. This unit needs some work though. Many electrical outlets and lights didn’t work. Paint seems to be peeling in the bathrooms. I really wish the master bathroom had a tub/shower combo.

We loved this condo. There is an electrical issue of concern. It's a random intermittent problem. A wall socket or light switch will not work. Then some time later it will work. Happened throughout the condo.
I would have the electrical system checked.

We have stayed in Sandpiper Cove in several different units over the years. This in particular unit is about as close to the beach as you can get in Sandpiper cove. The unit was very nice with the exception of the mattresses in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable. We ended up having to purchase a mattress topper following the first night to make them more comfortable. No other issues with this unit.

There is no better view! We felt like we were always at the beach, but without the sand! Bathroom tile could use an update. Everything else was nice.

This was a beautiful condo. It overlooks the beautiful beach and ocean. The deck is extremely large with tables and chairs. It even has rockers. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

It was a good vacation but there were a few things that could have made my experience better. 1. The main pool was very dirty to the point we couldn’t get in. 2. The stairs to the condo need to be replaced, 2 members of our group fell down. 3. The tiki bar should stay open till sun down to accommodate beach goers who stay out later. 4. Our pull out couch broke along with the patio door handle. This caused a poor sleeping experience for 2 guests that utilized that bed.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The view alone makes this unit amazing! The update patio furniture and coastal style furnishings in the until are great.
Getting 2 beach chairs and umbrella per day was also a nice surprise. Our family will be staying here again for sure!

BEAUTIFUL location. Needs updating of painting in bathrooms, many furnishings outdated and ratan rugs need replacing as the binding is falling off and becoming a safety hazard. Living room can lights burn out often. Bedding and drapes are stained and dirty. We love the location but....

This was our second stay in the unit. We also stayed here last summer. Fantastic location and unbeatable view. And the complex's rental office is so nice! Always love staying at Sandpiper Cove.

This is our second time at this property and we really enjoy it. Can't beat an evening cocktail on the deck watching the waves go by. Our unit had everything we needed for our week long stay. However I has started to show some wear and could use a little paint and a few general maintenance items (which we let them know when we left). But we are a big fan of this unit and SPC.

We are in this condo for the winter for the second time. Amazing views, right on the water. It is our 11th year at Samdpioer, a home away from home. There are lots of stairs so be aware of that.

We chose SP for our wedding/honeymoon stay for the location, gated, and not a busy high rise. And because we wanted a stay that was just steps away to our beach wedding. The condo was very nice, decorated well, clean, and provided a lot for us. Things were perfect for our wedding- up until the last day when others arrived downstairs. They were too noisy for my husband and we chose to leave a day early. The office ladies were super nice, but I was disappointed they did not seem to have copies of our event application (and I had asked about it 3x via email over the year, since we paid it all out over the year). Overall, I would recommed SP to others, but be sure to keep up with your paperwork, AND call security to have others honor "quite hours" at night, so others can rest too. We loved Destin otherwise!!!

Great view.some of the furniture needs replacing.water pressure in showers isn't good.some of the electrical outlets don't work.some of the light switches get hot after being turned on.

We are repeat customers and have referred several people to Sandpiper. Love the location and easy beach access. Office staff is always friendly. This unit did have several electrical outlets not working and some old dirty looking patio furniture (along with some newer stuff too). The description states there's a VCR/DVD player which we wanted to use when the weather was bad for kids but could not find. Wifi was out a lot, but assuming that could have been from the tropical storm weather? We did love the new keyless entry this year and easy check out via email. Overall very nice unit, would stay again.

Unit 2156 has one of the best views of the beach and ocean you will find. The included chairs and umbrella by the owners were appreciated and used everyday during our stay. The interior of the unit was nice and worked great for preparing our own meals. We are definitely coming back to Sandpiper Cove, and hopefully to this unit.

Great rental property right on the beach! Lots of amenities you would have at home and beds were very comfortable. It was clean and well maintained. There was some normal wear and tear on furniture but that' can be expected as this unit is rented most of year it seems.

Condo was very nice and clean. Enough room for family of 5. I liked the layout. View is perfect. Plenty of seating on deck. Very easy access to beach. The only thing was the ice maker had been removed, I assume it was broken...a little bit of a bummer. We just had to buy bags of ice for the week. But pleasant surprise was courtesy rental of 2 chairs one umbrella for the week from condo owners.

We can not say enough how great our week was at Sandpiper Cove in unit 2156! The view was spectacular! It was clean, well stocked, the beds and couch were comfortable. Beach access was easy and we were so appreciative of the kind gesture by the unit's owners, of providing our chair set up for the week. We can't wait to go back next May!

Our condo was exceptionally clean. The property staff were attentive and professional. We are a family of six, two kids in college and two in high school. The beach is gorgeous and dolphins galore. The only downside was that the condo beneath us was rented out to a group of kids on spring break that carried on late into the evening. The beach scene was much the same, excessive drinking, loud music etc. The police did eventually intervene. College kids should be able to have fun but if you are looking for a more tame environment this might not be your spot.

We have rented a condo at Sand Piper Cove four times and this one was the best. It's location as beach front and the second floor gave us a superb view of the gulf. Sand Piper Cove should have a written emergency plan available to renters in case of hurricanes, tornadoes and such extreme weather conditions. The condo was shaking during high wind conditions. The floor tiles are porous, impossible to clean and always looked dirty.
