I loved our rental at Sandpiper Cove. Great place and great people because they asked us if there was anything else we needed and we told them it would be nice to have a full length mirror and in a short time we had a full length mirror!! Will definitely be back!!

We loved this rental! It was in a great location to the pool, beach access and all the amenities. If we could change one thing to make it perfect, it would be to add a washer/dryer combo.

Overall very good experience in this unit. Everything was in working order, plenty of kitchen gadgets, blankets, towels, and some extra things like a net for your shell-scavenger hunting!

Perfect condo for the two of us! It has everything we need with easy access to the beach and pools. This was our third time in this unit and we hope to continue to stay here for many years to come!

I must admit, I was a bit concerned before we got there. I had read some questionable reviews about this place. The minute we walked in the door, all of my reservations
about the place disappeared. This was the perfect little place for my husband and me. It had just enough space and the porch area was well utilized. There were absolutely no smell issues coming from the treatment area down the road. The newly done bathroom is lovely too. The furniture is well loved but still in very good condition and I loved the beachy decor. We liked it so much that we will definitely be back.

This was our second visit to Sandpiper and we throughly enjoyed the pools and beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. The only feedback I would provide is although the unit was empty the day before arrival we were unable to check in early and there's an odor near the complex entrance when walking to beach that is strong.

My husband and I stayed in one of the studio condos for our honey moon. The proximity to the beach and price were our main decision factors for choosing Sand Piper.
The kitchen was newly renovated, but the bathroom could use some love. We really appreciated the balcony and the security guard on duty 24/7. All staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly.

Orig thought it was a one bedroom with washer/dryer but it’s actually a studio, no washer/dryer. I may have been confused with looking at several? All in all, it had cute decor, felt clean, main bed was comfortable but Sofa bed is a hard sofa bed but worked out fine for our kids. Kitchen had everything we needed except paper towels and seasonings so don’t forget to pu at store. Studio was overall really clean with some wear and tear in bathroom and the drop down/step down into shower/tub was awkward but we managed. All in all a cute little studio. With 4 people it’s small but we spent most of our time on the beach and out at dinner time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand Piper Cove! The customer service was great, room was clean, and they had every amenity you would want. The only issue we had was with the laundry room, but Amber was great about doing what she could to fix the situation.

The condo was delightful! Beautifully furnished and oh so comfortable, from the high-end tile floors to the beach view. It's small, but all a couple (and a Standard Poodle) need for a few days at the beach - great kitchen (with every item you might need), comfortable bed, cozy living area, sweet little balcony and that fabulous beach view. If anything needs attention, it's the bathroom - there's a very inconvenient step-up to the potty and shower which caused a few stubbed toes, and apprehension about getting into and out of the tub/shower. Would suggest the owner spend a few bucks and upgrade the bathroom to match the rest of the condo, but that did not detract from the overall experience. We did note that the rental information stated that a DVD was included in the condo, but there was none.

Cute little studio. Good for a small family vacationing. Close to the beach and other attractions. The location was great.
I would reconfigure the room a little but more so it's a better fit for the furniture. The property manager did not reply to me but the other staff took great care of us. Getting evacuated is horrible and staying at the condo was nice. Had to leave early thanks to being cleared and they understood.

This is a fantastic location. This particular condo is small,and should be listed as a studio not a 1-bedroom. The property is clean and has great security. The balcony is nice, however the road in front is loud and busy most of the day and into the night.

My husband and I enjoy staying here! This was our 3rd or 4th time renting 8202. It's bright, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The free beach service is a huge plus! You're right across the street from the ocean and even have a nice little view. The complex has several pools, hot tubs and a great beach snack shack. We love the location too. It's very close to the harbor area restaurants and bars. We'll be back!

Overall it was a great stay, I was traveling for work but wanted to find a dog friendly place on or near the beach with views of the ocean. This was the best I could find that allowed dogs. Holiday Isle is a beautiful place to stay. This Condo was good because of the location and it was clean. However, it is very old and the shower/tub was a bit tricky to get in & out of. Not to mention the bathroom was very dated in general. Although this condo is across the street from the beach it is a very busy & loud 4 lane road. Also, the condo is on the 2nd level but there are many steps to climb to get to and from the front door. I would not recommend this condo if you are elderly or traveling with small children. Sandpiper staff were friendly and attentive to any requests and the grounds were very well maintained. The added security at the entrance made me very safe while traveling alone.

Great location(walking distance to the beach), unit was clean and in great shape. Bathroom needs some work specially the tub area.The only reason I am giving 4 to location is because the unit is unfortunately located near a sewer system and makes an unbearable bad smell, at times you cannot even enjoy the balcony for that reason and the walk to go in and out the complex, you literally have to cover your nose! Other than that, we had a great time! Thank you!

I so enjoyed my three weeks at Sandpiper Cove. My studio apartment was perfect for my stay. It was clean and so convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants and really anything I needed. Loved this trip. I hope to return and stay at 8202 again soon!

Nice condo! All clean except floors! Tile needs scrubbing! Could not go barefoot in condo. Feet turn black instantly! Needs a safer tub too! A little dangerous getting in and out! Nice decorations and updates!

We had awesome time at Sandpiper Cove was everything we expected unit was clean and well decorated right by 1 of the pools. We can't wait to get back to Destin and will definately stay in this unit again the location was great the only thing that would of been better is if it were right in the beach we would recommend staying there and can't wait to get back

Had a great time at Sandpiper Cove. Very relaxed vibe. Super close to a great beach. Price was fair, room was clean and orderly. Having a kitchen really made the trip better. Hotel staff was accommodating and helpful even with a late check in. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
