On-premises food, Rick’s Sand Trap Bar & Grill (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

We had a wonderful experience here. It would have been nice to have beachfront,but we were still so close to the beach. Everything was clean and comfy. This place is pretty centrally located.

Good size for family, though the pull out bed mattress is not comfortable for Adults, kids only. Cold AC. Awesome balcony view of the canal. Many bed room could use a bigger bed.

Our stay was great. Clean, nice, and comfortable accommodations. Sand Piper Cove is our favorite place. We have been there 4 years in a row and won't be making any changes in the future. Close to everything.

Last minute trip so we had low expectations. Unit was further from the beach than I could gather from the reviews/description. We had to drive. No way we could carry all the beach things that far. The unit was clean and had all necessities. The view of the canal was pleasant. I appreciated the tight security and private beach area as we have steered clear of Destin/PCB because of the crowded beaches. Overall this was a good experience and we would consider coming again.
