We rented a condo for our first retirement winter vacation. We sat on the deck, above a canal, every day and just relaxed. Very peaceful. The pool was warm and the hot tub wax WONDERFUL! Almost everyone there was retired and so very friendly. We will definitely be back.

great location if you're trailering a boat!

We needed a place to keep our survey vessel/trailer and Sandpiper Cove was perfect for our needs. Although it is a bit tight maneuvering a 27 ft trailer around the subdivision/boat ramp, we made it work. We were able to keep our triple-axle trailer and dually truck in the carport and the boat in the canal right behind our unit. Perfect for what we needed! The unit was clean with only the very basics provided. Please note there is a unit above #4112 and it was a bit noisy with other guests...Good thing they departed soon after we arrived! Overall a good stay.

This is my 6th year staying at sandpiper cove. Its right in the middle of Destin and has its own private beach area. We'll be back next year. Never had a complaint about my stays here. Highly recommend staying here.
