*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

The Vistoso Casitas are close to countless beautiful desert hiking trails. Head over to Catalina State Park less than five miles east, where you'll have your choice of hiking trails across 5,500 acres of park land. Or, you could spend a day at Biosphere 2 (20 miles northeast) and take a tour of a rainforest. There are plentiful dining options nearby, whether you want local and casual or elegant fine dining.

SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
