The popular Sundestin Beach Resort is centrally located in the heart of beautiful downtown Destin, just minutes from a wide variety of shops, recreation, nightlife and some of Destin’s most loved restaurants. The beautiful eighteen-story beach-front complex offers unsurpassed views of the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico while providing all of the comforts one would expect while vacationing on Florida’s Emerald Coast. The resort features a host of amenities such as a gulf-front outdoor pool, a seasonally-heated indoor pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, fitness room, sauna, steam room, gas barbecue grills, massage therapy, gift shop, video arcade, and much more. Location, affordability, amenities and a friendly, onsite, 24-hour staff makes Sundestin Beach Resort this one of Destin’s favorite resorts. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2024.
