This delightfully style vacation getaway is located at Sundestin on the beach in Destin, FL; featuring tile flooring throughout the unit excluding the main bedroom. Watch the dolphins play from your gulf front private balcony by a leisurely walk through the balcony door located in the living room. Other unique features included in the rental unit are an open countertop, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, so you can cook your favorite meal and watch the beach. A unique unit feature is a Hollywood bath, two toilets, two vanities, and a tub/shower combination. The dining table seats up to four people easily for any card/board game or dining. This unit also has 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, and a CD stereo system. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2024.
