This fifteenth floor unit has an inviting beach attitude and offers balcony access with a full gulf front view from both the living room and the master bedroom. This unit is carpeted through out and has televisions and DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a King bed and full attached bath. A second bedroom has two twin beds and a second bath. This unit also includes additional sleeping accommodations in the living room with a Queen sofa-sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full sized refrigerator, stove top oven, microwave and dishwasher. Convenient casual dining is simple with a dining room table that will seat six people and the additional small appliances like a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. All basic cookware and dinnerware are also provided. All Sundestin units, balconies and common areas are smoke-free.
