B316 overlooks the heated pool and has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. This is the closest one bedroom to the beach! The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautifully tiled floors, and a Margaritaville blender perfect for enjoying our Florida sunsets. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. This unit also features a custom made farmhouse style dining room table that seats six with a bench and four chairs. The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and DVD player. Also found in the living room is an ottoman that opens into a cot sized bed (perfect for a small child), as well as books, games, puzzles, and two fun cubes that turn into small tables and stools. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath, flat screen TV, DVD player, and spacious closet. The new owners have even supplied a pack and play to make travel easier for guests traveling with babies. This lovely unit also offers an additional full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer and dryer off of the kitchen.
