Unit B403 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with plenty of outdoor furniture for your entire family to enjoy the gorgeous scenery together. Decorated in tropical blues and greens this home is beautiful and well equipped with many amenities. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, and the bar area has two stools for additional seating. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand-up shower and separate garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand-up shower and separate garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.
