Waterscape C404 is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bath condo boasting incredible views of the property and peaks of the Gulf waters. With a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom, a twin-sized bunk bed in the separate bunk area, along with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, Waterscape C404 accommodates up to six guests comfortably. This inviting unit is ideal for a family beach vacation, a spontaneous trip with your closest friends, and any occasion between.

Upon entering, you will find the bunk area on your left, perfect for children. To the right of the entrance is the guest bedroom, boasting a large flat-screen television. The guest bedroom leads into the guest bathroom, also accessible from the hallway, which offers a single vanity and walk-in shower. There is an in-unit, stackable washer and dryer combination at the end of the hall as well, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of room for souvenirs.

The hallway opens into the fully-equipped kitchen, which leads directly to the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen includes all utensils, appliances and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. Enjoy a nice family meal and good conversation at the large dining table. Step into the welcoming living area, boasting matching furnishings and décor, along with a large flat-screen television and DVD player.
