We have stayed in this unit before and we had a great time and loved the this trip as much as the last one we will come back again.

This is a very roomy condo with enough space to seat 8 for eating or playing games- inside or out on the lanai. The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy access to the beach and for loading and unloading luggage and groceries. It is an older building but the condo has been updated and very clean. We had a couple of minor maintenence issues but the staff was very responsive and the problem was fixed in no time. We would definitely come back again.

Condo was perfect for our group of family that came! All rooms were spacious, very clean! Loved the big open dining/living area! We enjoyed being the first floor super convenient for loading/unloading!! Can't wait to book here next year, we have found our new spot!!

Our whole family was here... me, my husband, 3 grown kids, a daughter in law, son in law and 2 grandkids. This condo had so much room that everyone was very comfortable. We wanted the bottom floor so we didn’t have to use the elevator since our grandkids would need so much stuff for the beach. The walk was a perfect distance to the beach! We loved everything about it! Planning to book this exact condo next year!

Staff/management was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The unit was nice, comfortable and furnished with all necessities. The low rating for cleanliness pertained only to the floors which were in need of a better cleaning. Overall rating of 4 is based on the issue with the floors and lack of a view of the ocean due to height of the sand dunes. It was a very nice, spacious unit and I would stay again in the future.

Had a great time on our family vacation. Plenty of room, large and spacious condo. The view from patio is of the dunes, no line of sight to beach and waves, but you could hear the waves, which was relaxing. Loved being able to wheel luggage in, and not have to ride elevator. Shirt walk to beach access and loved having reserved beach chairs daily.

We were amazed by how much space the unit had! Everything was spotless, the extra refrigerator and all the kitchen gadgets were wonderful. We had friends staying in another unit, and we were easily able to entertain all 9 of us for dinners and family games! This exceeded our expectations for sure!

1103 is the best!! So warm and inviting,there is new living room and patio furniture since the photos were taken, which was an added bonus. We would make our coffee and breakfast in the morning and sit outside to wake-up before beginning our day. Each evening, we'd sit outside, enjoy an adult beverage (or three) and listen to the relaxing sound of the night tides before retiring inside for the evening.
We were here during Hurricane Ian so we were obviously concerned about the approaching weather. The living room is where we would gather to watch the news at night for weather updates. The two couches and chair were comfortable and the TV reception never faltered. Thankfully for us, but unfortunately for others much further southwest, our vacation was not affected. The weather was perfect!
The bedrooms were each decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the master bedroom and bath which had everything you could need, including an amazing view! The other two bedrooms were also comfortable and cozy (not small, but welcoming and safe).
I have mobility issues and loved how easy it was to get from our condo to the pool and the beach. The only item that could be an issue for one with mobility issues would be the steps from the boardwalk to the beach. There are handrails to utilize, I am was able to do so with those, but there is a quiet public beach access right next door to the condos with a handicapped accessible ramp that can be used as an option. For persons with a cane (and some great friends) you may be okay with Nautilus' boardwalk and steps.
You can tell from the small touches around the condo that the owners, Kim and Joe, love and take great pride in 1103. For those of us who are fortunate to get a week when it's not already booked, thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven!
We can't wait to share this with our family and friends and are already planning our next trip here!

Our family trip was great. We got there a little early and that worked out great for us. The room was nice,spacious,and clean. It was a bummer it didn’t have a under counter Ice machine but we made it without thanks to the ole Tom Thumb. The only thing I would suggest the management is to get a light of some sort even if it was on a timer out by the grilling area. The solar lights they have around the area are just for decorations, they serve no purpose really. Other than that I give it a 10 and would definitely recommend Nautilus to anyone that wants a quiet,kid friendly, nice, inexpensive place to stay.

Our vacation was so much fun. The only thing I would change is the view. You can't see the beach or the water unless you stand on one of the chairs, other then that we had a awesome time.;

I have been at In this building multiple times at different condos...this building is our go to spot at fort Walton... unfortunately this unit is behind all dunes and view is 100% blocked ... it’s like winning a million dollar lottery in Zimbabwe’s money. I wished builders had used the space for parking and this unit would could have been saved.

You won’t have a view of beach because of the dunes, but the convenience of 1st floor room was worth it to us. Mattress in master bdrm and pots in kitchen should be updated soon, but overall it was a great room. The property seems older, but has been updated pretty well. Good location.

It was super clean and cozy. Our stay was great in the condo. Office staff Rome was very professional and courteous to our needs. She was awesome. The beach guy who handles the chairs and umbrellas was a **** but other than that we will definitely be back :)

The unit was excellent, large open floor plan, 3 bedrooms with all Kings and Queen. 2 1/2 baths with a set up of 2 on suites. Master has a walk in shower that makes it easier for older seniors to enter and exit. Has a very of the water but not the beach so much which was good in our case. More privacy and helps to block the wind. Very large patio with a 6 seat table and a high top table. Also this unit has excess without any steps. Most Building have first floor garages this building has first floor units.

The property was exactly as described. It was spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for two couples and their children. The kitchen was well equipped and had all of the dishes and cookware that you need. We did not realize that we would need to supply our own cleaning spray, dish detergent, etc, but after a trip to the grocery store we were able to take care of that. Despite being such a busy area, the condo itself was very quiet. There are a couple of recommendations that I have for the condo though:
The sofas are pretty old and aren't very comfortable. The two rooms that aren't the guestrooms had issues with the televisions. Not a huge deal because we weren't in the rooms much, but if it is something you are counting on- be prepared. One room the TV buzzes (the really old tv), and in the other room the remote was nowhere to be found. We were also told that we could check in early since we were traveling with an infant and that 12:00 would be an okay time to check in. That was not the case. We waited by the pool with a five month old for five hours until we could get in. Had we known that we would have planned accordingly. So... don't listen if they say you can check in early! Besides that, we were happy with our stay.

This was our 3rd year staying at Nautilus, and we enjoyed it as we have every time. They staff is very friendly, our room always has what we need, and the building and grounds are nicely kept. It is very family friendly.

Our vacation rental was absolutely perfect! It was spacious and nicely decorated. It was wonderful having the second refrigerator and ice maker. We will definitely be back! We had a jolly ole time.

What’s not to love about this condo. Beautifully decorated, plenty of room for our family and right next to the beach. It was like home away from home (only on the beach). The staff was very helpful and nice. It is close to the beach (where we spent most of our time), but also right by the pool if you prefer that. This place was amazing and we will definitely be back. It was just what our family needed to make so many wonderful new memories.

it was very comfortable de apartment, new kitchen, clean beds and bathrooms. the only thing was the view, but I rented last minute so i could not get the gulf front. Next time.

This place has everything you need; plenty of towels, everything for kitchen, big patios, right on the beach, a convenience store next door, the decor has just the right feel! highly recommend & look forward to staying here again in the near future. Thank you.
