We've stayed in several units here and this one is the best so far. Great views, clean, updated and all the things you need.

Great place to stay with an awesome view! It had everything we needed and even if it rained you could sit on the back porch and it’s just like sitting on the beach. I do wish they gave more towels/toilet paper/ect but we went grocery shopping for our 4 nights stay anyway. Will definitely book again!

Oh my goodness, this condo was exactly what we needed for 4 adults and an infant. We had a smaller size pack and play for our granddaughter to nap/sleep in which fit in the main bathroom. We brought a monitor along so we could close the door and hear her from the deck and bedrooms when she woke up. It was very clean, updated and so close to the pool and beach! Having a full kitchen was wonderful so we could cook a couple of meals. The laundry was also a huge plus! Ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable. The balcony provided and great place to hang out with a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. We even watched the fireworks from the pier one evening. Two additional family members that stayed close by were able to hang out with us in the evenings in the family room. It was cozy and felt like home! I highly recommend the Nautilus and especially this unit. If we are blessed to visit this area again, I will rent this same space. The communication from management was spot on! This rental was great. My mom came with us and she stayed on the beautifully decorated and comfortable balcony. She loved that she didn't have to get her feet sandy to enjoy the beach. The balcony was what made me rent this particular condo. It is close enough to hear the waves and feel the breeze. Hope we will be able to visit this condo again. I will recommend this rental to anyone asking how it was. Thanks for the opportunity.

Our family of four really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Porch was very comfortable, just wish it had a fan to help with air circulation. View was nice and easy beach access. Would come back again!

This unit was perfect. We have a family of six and everyone fit nicely. Its high enough up that your kids are not in danger but cannot get out without you knowing. We will be back to this unit again!
The only negative is the fine print on toilet paper and trash bags. Bring your own because two rolls per unit goes pretty darn quick.

Was with 4 ladies to attend a Celebration of Life service for a dear friend.
The condo was excellent! The balcony view and furniture are amazing!!! So soft and comfortable I could have slept the night away out there. The Nautilus Condos are very convenient and an excellent location for walking and relaxing.
Everyone in the office( management) ware so friendly and accommodating.
Will definitely come again and recommend Nautilus to friends and family

We arrived at the Nautilus anxious to see the gulf front view from our condo and it was amazing. Our unit had excellent seating on the porch. We found the property and our condo in great shape and very clean. You can’t beat the 25 steps to the beautiful white sand. We enjoyed both the Pines course and the Oaks course at the FWB Golf Club. I highly recommend this property. We’ll be back!!!

This was my first time staying in a condo on the beach. It was perfect, everything that I had hoped it would be. The unit was beautifu, the staff was soo nice. I couldn't have dreamed up anything better.

We loved it & we’re coming back! Thankful for the recliner & cushy balcony furniture; they made my handicapped husband’s stay pain free & allowed him to enjoy rather than endure our vacation. Well equipped except it needs a GOOD broom & dust pan; suggest a toilet bowl brush for BOTH bathrooms. Management was wonderful (Madison) thru the storm’s aftermath (fans, dehumidifier, internet & TV outages). Suggest visible info for guests about the absorbent tube -found it by accident after Sally drove water thru the sliders.

We had Unit 1203 and it was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, and an amazing view! The Nautilus is the place to go! The management team was helpful with an early move-in time and recommendations for restaurants and places to go/things to see!

The apartment was nicely equipped. The patio furniture was perfect for early morning beach gazing while enjoying a good book. Easy access to beach. No room keys to keep track of, each unit door has a number code! The whole complex was at the end of a complete remodel. There were some repairs still ongoing but none of them interfered with our stay. The new paint, banister railings, decking, etc looks great! Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable and corrected any issues quickly!

Very relaxing place. We have stayed in several condos at Nautilus and this one did not disappoint. Very clean and inviting. Awesome ocean view. We will definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to the nautilus for years and have been staying in the same condo for years also. We love having the 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom. All the furnishings and kitchen supplies are great. Since we have stayed so often would love t receive a discount. We have already booked for next year. Can't wait.

Enjoyed my stay. The balcony was large with very comfortable furniture. I have stayed at the Nautilus several times the last 20 years. I like how the gulf front condos are close to water unlike many of the other condos on Okaloosa Island. As well as water view from both the master bedroom and the living room.

Arrived early and unit was ready. Furnishings are comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Was not as clean as might be expected but overall a great home for the week. I would happily stay here again but my wife prefers a higher floor location.

We had a very nice stay at the Nautilus Unit 1203. The unit had enough space and was well decorated. It was very close to the beach and had a spectacular view!

We got in very late Friday.We were all tired but when we opened that door ,and we saw our condo we were so amazed at how nicely decotated,and cornated things was very clean love the layout, like the huge balcony. Everything was perfect for us.looking forward to coming back,and staying there.

Our vacation rental experience was wonderful.
We are truly enjoy our stay. This unit has a nice living room setting just like you see in the picture, and plenty of towels in both bathrooms. This property was clean. After we check-in, we found out that we having a toilet plumbing issue in the in master bedroom. We called the office on the emergency phone number that posted on the door, it was after hours. The management sent the maintenance to our unit shorty after that. The management provided us such a good service other than that everything was great. We will definitely be back again.

Our unit was a gulf front unit, and was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The staff at the Nautilus was friendly and helpful and made you feel like your stay was important to them. We loved how close we were to the beach. The Tom Thumb that is practically on-site is an added bonus.
