unit was clean & nicely decorated. not too much, not too sparse. close to stairs to get in those extra steps!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this condo.
It was very clean and cozy. The beds were extra comfortable!
The balcony was private and the views were amazing. We saw dolphins on most mornings when the water was calm. It was such a fun sight! We could have spent most of the vacation just watching them play in the surf, looking out at all the families having fun on the beach, and watching/listening to the waves. Only issue was that a couple of the blinds in the guest bedroom were missing so could see out to the hallway (which means people could see in). We fixed it with a couple of towels hanging down and reported it to the front desk so hopefully it can be taken care of in the near future. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. I appreciated all the texts we received from the Nautilus giving us information about our stay or just checking in to welcome us or see how things were going. I am thankful for our vacation and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!!!

This was a perfect get away to the Gulf. Our condo had exceptional views and was large enough to provide, shade, sun and wind protection. We enjoyed every day, all day. The condo and grounds were very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. We plan to comb back soon!

Loved the condo. Exactly as described and prefect location. Just 2 flights of stairs so you don’t have to wait on the elevator. Perfect view of ocean and beach and best part, 2 chairs and umbrella came with stay every day. Loved it... would stay again. It had everything we needed!

The unit was very clean and had a wonderful view from the large private balcony. The view was also great from both the living room and master bedroom. The communication from the management company was great. We greatly enjoyed our stay! BTW, the showerhead in the master bath is the best! :)

I took my 11 year old granddaughter here. It was her first time to see those crystal white beaches and beautiful turquoise waters. From the moment we arrived was nothing short of amazing. Fort Walton Brach Nautilus did not disappoint!

The condo is nice and clean. It had everything we needed.
The only complaint is the queen bed in 2nd bedroom is very hard and didn’t provide a comfortable sleep. Other than that, it was great!!
As for the property itself, front desk lady was very nice and courteous. The property is very convenient to everything and is clean. However, When it rains the parking lot stands in water. Could use some drainage repairs. Also, gym would have have been a nice bonus!

This condo was very comfortable! The kitchen was fantastic and very well appointed. The balcony was very deep which made it very private. And, of course, the beach, the Gulf and the sunsets were all beautiful!!

this place is good unit 1204 doesnt have enough towels for 6 people especially since the dryer takes at least 2-3 cycles to dry. the new dishwasher was not installed properly there are 2 holes (one on each side) for screws to keep the dishwasher from trying to tip ober whenever the door/drawers are pulled out.

We have stayed at the Nautilus for the last 6 or 7 years and enjoy the employees and the hospitality they extend. The location is perfect for great restaurants, shopping and entertainment but you don’t feel you are in a hectic environment.

9/9/2018 - 9/15/2018 The staff was more than helpful through our entire stay. We were allowed to place our bags at the unit so we could do the necessary shopping for the week. The unit was very clean and ready prior to check-in time and the view was breathtaking. Each bedroom had a private bath and a complete notebook with all the information we needed. Beds were comfortable and had no issues during our stay and bedrooms were roomy. The living room was a bit smaller than we were used to but adequate. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The pool was on the front sided of the building that kept it shaded in the afternoon and also kept it cool and refreshing after a day at the beach.

The property was exactly as it stated online. It was clean and very well maintained. Had great service. We enjoy this location we started coming to this location about four years ago, and we will continue to come back every year. This year our youngest was actually old enough to enjoy th beach this time around and needless to say after seven days she still wasn’t ready to go home and ask to go back everyday.

One of the staff was very nice and helpful, but the other one was not. I could not believe we had to bring our own toilet tissue and was very disappointed there was not a hot tub.

We rented two condos on the 2nd floor. Was pleasantly surprised how well stocked the kitchen was. Thoughtfulness of the staff even had several days of dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent available for our stay. The décor is current, neat and perfect for the beach settings. The views were amazing with water front view with easy access to the beach. This will be a regular destination for us.

Wonderful location, well maintained and clean with a comfortable mattress...plus a closet full of extra goodies like beach chairs, rafts, boogie boards and toys, though the rental included two beach chair and umbrella service! Will definitely stay again soon.

The rental transaction was very smooth. There were a couple of issues that were reported and rather quickly resolved. The dishwasher wasn't working part of the time; however, it got the necessary attention by site maintenance. The kitchen sink drain started leaking, and maintenance resolved within hours of reporting the issue.
As far as the vacation experience, everything was wonderful. My wife and I love the location and beach access is just a very short walk. The weather was as nice as one could expect except for the low 60 degF temperatures for 3 or 4 days. I personally liked the low temps but it was pretty chilly when walking the beach. There are lots of things to do without having to drive very far. We ate in Destin a few times since the drive was only like 8 miles away.
We look forward to our next vacation at the same time next year. I highly recommend this property and location. The staff treated us like family.
