My parents are both in their 80s and they love to be at the beach for vacation. This condo was clean, easy to access, close to the elevator, and faced the ocean. When I told management the Ice maker in fridge was broken, they brought us a bag of ice. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and all rooms were very roomy. The balcony is HUGE and had enough tables and chairs for all four of us to sit and enjoy the sound of the waves and view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

One daughter lives in Fort Walton, so the other daughter and we, her parents, rented two condos at Nautilus for the week. It was wonderful-the accommodations were just delightful, the kitchens were well appointed, the beds comfortable, the beach view spectacular, and the property management was kind and helpful. We have rented before and we will look forward to coming down and renting again. It's our favorite spot!

The property landscaping was not inviting; however, I was happy with the rental. Kudos to the cleaning crew. They did an especially good job on the floors & restrooms.

No real issues. Elevator was a bit demonic, but being on the second floor made it a non-issue. Unit was as advertised, and no issues at all. Wonderful stay.

Handy beach access, great view from unit, easy access to dining and attractions. Only problem was a "wash out" day due to rain (Certainly not your fault.) Helpful staff. Had a great time - Sad when it was over.

condo was very clean and the staff helped us anytime we needed them. Thanks to the maintenance guy that helped us girls get chairs on roof of car and thanks to theresa in the office who helped us get them off when we arrived!!

The location and view is fantastic. The unit 1206 was very nice--great finishes, very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen (needs a tea kettle, though), 3 good quality TVs (we didn't really watch, but could have), nice master bathroom, lots of hangers, new stove, nice fridge, good dishwasher, nice towels. The beach is gorgeous. The property is very nice--one thing it definitely needs is new grills. The ones there are super old, rusty, heavy, charcoal!

We had a great stay at nautilus unit 1206. We loved the location, the setup, and the staff. We did need the maintenance guy to check out the fridge and when we called he was there in under 1 minute. The pool was really nice and open late. Our condo was a corner until that overlooked the beach and it’s as perfect. We did have a couple flaws but nothing that would stop us from staying again. We found a blood pressure pill on the floor that didn’t belong to us, a few things needed fixing like the shower curtain and rod, the bed in the second bedroom was very wobbly and uncomfortable, and the unit above us was under construction. But that wouldn’t stop us from staying again. We were hoping the two balcony’s were one and would be accessible from the second bedroom and they were two separate balconies. Overall we had a great stay!

Had a great experience at the Nautilus. We stayed here in early July 2020. Unit 1206 had updated furniture and modern decor. This unit is located on the 2nd floor and looks out over the dunes with a fabulous view of the ocean. There was easy stair access and we never had to use the elevator. This unit is located on the side next to the public beach access. Loved this location as we were far enough away from Destin so that the beach wasn't crowded, but we were still close to restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again.

We almost always stay at the Nautilus and it is always perfect! This year was no different! We took a chance and stayed on the second floor this time, usually staying on the 3rd or 4th. I’m so glad we did! This was by far our favorite!!! Loved it and can’t wait to be back!! The management team was also very helpful with any questions we had!!
