The rental was clean, furnished nicely, amenities were nice.
The view was beautiful. The mattress on the bed was not as firm as we prefer.
Overall a great vacation experience and we will be back.

This was our second stay at the property and the first in a smaller unit. The unit was clean and the new amenities for 2025 were very appreciated. We already have another stay planned in a few months.

My spouse and I really enjoyed our time together this week. We are seniors (82 and 68) and the Nautilus condos are our favorite. The unit (1305) was very clean and beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Bed was great and views were amazing. On- site staff are great. Ready to go back!

Unit was very nice. Kitchen was stocked better than most 3 bedroom condos we have stayed in. Bed very comfy with really nice pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been staying at the Nautilus for 20+ years and we love the low key slow vibe. Hidden gem not in the mix of all the hype and traffic. The staff is very nice and the place is clean.

We had a great week staying in this condo.We stayed in this same condo last year in Aug. We loved is so nice and roomy it has nice furniture and everything you need. It had been decorated I notice this year loved it. Plus a keurig coffee make love that since use one at home.

We loved the unit and the view of the beach. The third floor was perfect for the views and ease of using the stairs. Staff was friendly and accommodating.The unit was stocked with everything we needed. Only had 1 chair on the balcony,would have been nice to have at least 2. Someone was smoking in a nearby unit so it made it unbearable to be on the balcony at times.

Our first year in 1305 and found that unit very pleasing. Decorations and furnishings are very beach like. Enjoyed our stay February 1 thru March 16 very much.

Our unit and the entire grounds were very clean and well kept. The office attendants were polite and helpful. Our room was perfect and the fact that it was ocean front and on the 3rd floor was AWESOME!!!

This was our second stay at Nautilus and our first stay in unit 1305. The condo was clean and we enjoyed beautiful views of the gulf. We had a problem with the door lock initially that was resolved. The unit was comfortable. However we noticed a musty smell during our entire stay. Also the refrigerator freezer was making a loud
noise as if the motor was about to go out. We reported this to Nautilus mgmt. We enjoy the Nautilus because of its location and primarily because management staff is on site, accommodating and friendly. I also appreciate the ease of calling staff and reserving a condo by phone and the liberal cancellation policy. We will be back!

Okaloosa Island is not nearly as crowded as the 30A area. I liked the layout in that the one bedroom also has a beach view and you don’t enter into a long, dark hallway. The only hall is in the bedroom to the master bath, which had 2 sinks and a separate shower/potty room. Also helpful is the half bath off the living room for any couch-sleepers. The third floor is a plus because you can walk up the 2 flights without waiting for the elevator. The pool is not on the beach side, if that bothers you. The management were very frirndly and helpful and the notebook provided in the condo had lots of helpful information. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided with the condo was a wonderful addition.

The overall experience was great. The only thing I would change is the matress on the bed ,was to hard to sleep on. The condo was very clean when we arrived and the views were outstanding.

The Nautilus is amazing! Beautiful, clean room with a spectacular beach view. The staff is top-notch and so friendly! Beach service was also outstanding. This was our second visit here. The first time was on our honeymoon and we were able to celebrate our two year anniversary in the same condo. We can’t wait to return!!

What started out as a possible disaster turned into a great relaxing vacation. We booked through a travel site who messed up our reservation. Matt was quick to help and accommodate us by finding an alternate unit. The unit was clean, well maintained, and the condo staff were very nice.

Had a wonderful week. Loved the location of the condo. Always felt like we were right on the beach. Clean and well kept. Everything we needed for the week. The staff were all very courteous and professional. The TV wouldn't work but they sent someone immediately when we told them and they got it fixed. Overall was a great week! Definitely will be going back.

We arrived a couple of hours early but were allowed to check in. The condo was extremely clean and well decorated. Very beachy. We were very pleased with everything except the balcony furniture had changed from what was in the pic. I know furniture breaks etc, but did not find the new furniture as comfortable as what the thought the old would have been. There were books and dvds provided. Having the beach service was great. The only complaint we had was not being able to contact someone if we had a problem, until the office opened. Our coffee maker quit the 2nd day there. My husband is always up no later than 6 and drinks a whole pot of coffee. So he was without coffee for several hours until the office opened. They immediately brought us a new one. The staff was great and a big thumbs up to the housekeeping staff. We have stayed in a lot of condos and many that was much newer than this one, but this one was the cleanest by far. We enjoyed a nice relaxing week.

This unit sits right on the beach and the beach chair/umbrella service is great. Million dollar view! We have stayed in Ft. Walton numerous times and have found all of the places that we have stayed great, but all seem to furnish the kitchens with below average pots and pans. This unit was no exception. When travelling with children we plan on cooking most of our meals so nicer pots and pans would be nice. Additionally, my kids said the sleeper sofa was not the most comfortable, and I would have to agree with that. With that being said, I would still rent this unit again as the location is fabulous, the unit was very clean and it has all the amenities we are looking for.

Haven't stayed in Ft. Walton since college days. When I compared prices, I thought this was a better deal, especially with beach service thrown in. We had everything we needed, and it was super clean. They even had towel animals like a cruise ship!Traffic going to our regular restaurants and shopping was actually better going from this side of town. The only downside was a day when the elevator didn't work.
