I stayed here 3 years ago August 2023 right after the remodel and again now August 2026. We got there right at end of peak tourist season when school starts back up and it was great!! No busy lines. No traffic anywhere. The unit is still clean and well kept after 3 years. Could use few paint touch ups but that’s to be expected wear n tear over 3 years. Kitchen is still fully stocked with equipment. The wagon and chairs for use were great additions!!
Only complaint is the tall high chairs on the balcony. There weren’t enough!! There’s 4 normal size ones but you have to look through the rail bars. There’s two tall ones but all us adults (4) were rushing to claim them because they make the view!! We would sit there all day and just watch the water and people. Dolphin watching in the morning. The tall chairs are the best!! Just need more!!
100% will be back again I’m sure!!

We had a great time during our stay. Everyone was helpful and response time was quick. 1406 Beds were great and the master bathroom shower was AWESOME!! As well as the view. Wish we could stay longer.

Amazing gulf side hotel! All rooms offer a gulf view and some are gulf front. We were able to experience both and loved them! Staff is friendly and accommodating. It was exactly the getaway from our hectic schedules that we needed. When home feeling refreshed.

Great view, spacious and clean unit. Would have liked to see more household items, ie flashlight, scissors, Tupperware, extra bedding. We had extra pillows but no pillow cases. Only 1 extra blanket. Nothing major that wld stop us from returning. Lots of space to add books or games to the unit for a rainy day. Anything we needed mgt on site was available and very friendly. Beach service was amazing and so convenient!! Area was a traffic mess with construction but doable! Would like to see more awareness to sea life! They have info posted but unit was not sea life friendly, ie, heavier drapes to block out lights, posting more to remind folks to use flashlights w red lenses. Was sad not to find any sea turtle nests roped off....nights the beach was full of white bright flashlights both ways up and down beach! Beach was huge w magnificent views!! Even when crowded did not feel crowded! Pool was clean and had plenty of seating! Location was ok, close enough for groceries, restaurants and a marina for a boat trip!! We did soundside cruiser and was a great experience! Price was reasonable and they really took time to create a great experience, kid friendly as well! Loved the texts that Nautilus sent as reminders from before, during and at checkout! Was very helpful!! Would recommend for sure!!

Had a wonderful getaway! Condo was remodeled & everything looked nice & new, but the couch is uncomfortable, we didn’t spend much time on it except the days that it rained and that’s when we noticed how uncomfortable it was but it is a beautiful condo and we enjoyed our stay very much

Rented unit 1406 for three nights. Unit had been recently renovated, which was very nice. Overall, I had a really nice time, and I have zero complaints. Will definitely come back to the Nautilus for my next vacation. Thanks.

Overall we had a good experience. The view from the room was great. You don't go on vacation to sit in a room so location is important also. For us the location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping, jet ski rentals, fishing etc. Of course easy access and a short walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nautilis condos. The unit we were in could use some updating, the furniture and decor was outdated. Other than that, the place was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a week stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We discovered our bathtub drain was clogged on arrival, I notified staff, and they sent maintenance right up to fix the problem. The unit was close to the beach, and the view was amazing! Would stay here again.

We loved the pictures when we were looking for a place to stay for spring break. This unit was top notch. Beautiful views, comfortable bed, and everything you need including a washer and dryer. We will be keeping this condo in mind for any future stays. Close to everything in Fort Walton Beach and Destin is just a short drive away.

We have stayed at Nautilus off and on for the past 18 years. Room 1406 has a BEAUTIFUL view and balcony directly overlooking the beach! However the unit does need to be a bit updated inside. Some things were very old and broken and the stove and refrigerator were very outdated. When we arrived, the unit was not clean. However, the property manager came right over on her day off. She offered to send cleaning lady’s back in but i chose to clean it myself. She took off the cleaning fee. She helped us in every way she could. We really appreciated that. Overall we were happy and comfortable in our unit but it just needs a little updating as i said. Again, the balcony and location are unbeatable!!

This unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Not a big condo so the beach was not crowded. The water was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely recommend a stay at Nautilus Condos. It was very welcoming and accommodating! It was very clean. The view was awesome! The balcony was a place you could literally stay every moment of the day and night.

The room is everything we asked for our stay in Ft Walton beach. With the amazing view of the ocean we greatly enjoyed getting to watch the dolphins swim in front of us. The fully furnished kitchen helped with those quick meals to fix instead of going out every time, so we could spend more time on the beach. The only thing I would recommend for future renters is make sure you bring your own trash bags and toilet paper for when you run out it’s up to you to provide more. Other than that it was a great relaxing getaway for me and my family.

We had a wonderful time at the beach for Thanksgiving! Our condo was great. We loved the quick access to the beach. This is our second stay at The Nautilus. The only thing not perfect is the pool. With it being in the back is seems unsafe and it’s really small. We will definitely come back when we can!

Our unit was clean and everything was in working order. I loved having the ice machine in the unit for the beach and the complimentary beach service. The wifi was slow for my kids and they missed not having a workout facility. The service was very friendly. We had a great time!

We were so excited to be coming back to the Nautilus and our expectations were high after our last visit. needless to say, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. We spoke to 2 different people and were given the explanation that the deep cleaning was to happen after the season ended. Honestly, that is unacceptable. The items that we spoke of and that were on the list that I handed the front desk, are items that should be addressed after every rental, not just after season. Ceiling Fan Blades caked in Dust, Vents caked in Mold and dust and cobwebs and dust bunnies on the ceiling in the kitchen blowing right over the counter space. The handle to the refrigerator was so dirty that your hand actually stuck to it when you grabbed it. Long Black hairs on the floor of the guest room bathroom. We did about an hours worth of cleaning before we unpacked... next time I will make sure to find a super and/or take pictures. When brought to the attention of the management, it honestly seemed like we were just complaining to complain. I promise you, that is not who we are.
