Another great vacation here. This was our 3rd straight year coming here but first in this unit and it was very nice. The property also had some new amenities like extra beach chairs in the unit, cooler and beach towels which was nice. It’s not an extravagant property but for the price it’s a great deal and the view from the gulf front units is awesome. The beach is the best part of course and look forward to coming back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nautilus. The unit was spacious and the deep balcony with the large table was great for meals and just hanging out with the gulf ever present. Shout out to the staff at Nautilus - they were awesome! We look forward to coming back!

The family room has ample space, and the bedding is excellent, however, kitchen counter stools are too high and awkward to use (needs to be improved)

Great stay at the Nautilus with 2 couples. The view was exceptional and the unit was everything we needed and more!! Loved the ice machine too!! Also was impressed by how we were kept informed of all pertinent information concerning our rental.

had a great time as usually at Nautilus. Water was great. we can a little late room was ready and clean. staff was friendly and helpful. Will be back next summer 2024.

The rental does have a beautiful view but the condo needs a face lift. Furnishings are heavily worn, louvers on door falling apart, Sheetrock falling off in places, screen door broken....
Location was good. View was excellent and after hours checkin was easy

The Hotel managers there were very courteous and helpful. They tried to help me get a room that wasnt so pricey knowing I just needed to stay a night. It makes all the difference when who you are dealing with actually cares. Awesome staff.

This was our second stay at Nautilus Condos, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The property itself is kept clean and is appealing. Our condo had been updated fairly recently, nice furnishings and a beautiful view. I love how quiet it is, plenty of room at the pool, and the free beach service is awesome! The condo itself could use a good deep cleaning and the cleaning staff could definitely use a little more attention to details. The only things I can complain about were the washer/dryer in our condo was out, even though we were notified of it and was given use of the cleaning staffs facility, it was still a hassle. Overall, it was a good stay at a good condo.

Unit 1503 had everything we needed and had plenty of space. The extra ice maker is a huge plus. We have been coming to the Nautilus for 4 years and we will be back again. The staff was great and always super helpful.

Excellent! We had a great time! We've been coming to this condo rental for a long time. The staff at this building are always pleasant, helpful, and eager to help in any way they can. We love the location's close proximity to the Gulf! The 1503 unit that we rent is just perfect for our stay and appreciate the owner for letting us rent the unit!

The changes in Fort Walton and Dustin are amazing. Children activities are everywhere. The beaches are fantastic and full of different activities. Condo living and rentals are far as you can see. The food is fantastic with many different choices. There are multi bu grocery stores including Walmart. Personally we perfected to stay in Fort Walton over Dustin because the traffic was more tolerable. We are Seniors and traveled with our two middle age daughters. We had a great time and plan to return with the rest of the family including the grand kids. FIVE STARS for everything.

We liked this place, the condo and the environment. The apartment is well equipped with all we needed. Especially, the balcony is great. I can recommend this place and would come again.

First time to Emerald Coast and will be going back for sure. Our rental(condo) was great, everything you needed was there. Very quiet, people very friendly, respectful and helpful. The grounds were very clean. Went to the Gulfarium Adventure Park, the Oct. Seafood Festival @ the boardwalk, and took a dolphin cruise. We had a great relaxing trip and would recommend the Nautilus (Emerald Coast) to friends & family. A great place to loose yourself and regain your sanity!

The Nautilus is at an excellent location right on the beach. The staff is fantastic. The office staff was very helpful and the beach service was the best.
We stayed a week and hated to leave. The unit was clean, spacious, and well furnished.
We only went out one night, choosing to spend more time at the beach and take advantage of the kitchen. We used the grill area a couple of nights and the kitchen other nights. The ice maker was very nice.
We will be back!!!
The only negative was the north elevator, it is the most popular and not very fast.
