this is our fourth or fifth time staying at the Nautilis. Staff is always great and condos are always clean and well stocked! You can't beat the view off the balconies- we have always booked a gulf front room, and we love free beach service which we have used every time we've been down! We like it so much will be back next month!

Love the Nautilus! The beach is not crowded and the chairs and umbrellas are included in the price. The ladies at the front desk send lots of communication and explanation. There are bathrooms downstairs near the pool.

We had a great vacation stay at the Nautilus! Very clean and quiet! Only thing missing was a gym. Other than that we would stay here again.

This was a great condo right on the beach with beautiful views! Bed and sofa were very comfortable. I loved that it came with the free beach umbrella and 2 chairs service. The only issue we had was with the stove top taking forever to heat anything. I would definitely book this condo again!

We were only there one night, but it was fantastic. The view was beautiful. Everything was just as advertised. The room was impeccably clean and nice. I’d have to say best part was having our own ice maker ! The location was great. When in Fort Walton, this is definitely the place to stay.

Weather and water was perfect. We really enjoyed our visit at Nautilus. The one draw back was the attempted shake down by the beach umbrella people, but overall it was a great stay.

This was my second stay at The Nautilus and once again I was happy and satisfied with my experience. It is located close to a variety of restaurants with amazing food, places to go have tons of fun with family/friends (for example The Track in Destin was only 20-30 minutes away), tons of brochures and information on different activities you can do - parasailing, fishing, and much more. The condo is very clean and well-maintained; the staff are all friendly, helpful, and professional. The environment around the pool, beach, and the condo itself is safe, comfortable, and family-oriented. My first stay at this location, we were not ready to leave so soon - we called to see if we could extend our stay and that process was easy - fortunately we were able to stay 2 extra days. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you have children!

The sliding glass door off the living room needs replaced. Maintenance sprayed the track but didn't help. The mattress has a hump in the middle. I flipped it, and was not better. The living room needs a chair. The ice machine was a huge success, we loved.

I have stayed in several different places through the years but none of them feel like home to me except the The Nautilus. This was a much needed quick trip that wasn’t planned so when I called, someone had just canceled and I got their spot! So Lucky!!! The room was fabulous and we had a great time. We have been a guest since the 198O’s. I will be back soon!

We love Ft Walton, plenty of good places to eat and low traffic compared to Destin. 1505 nice clean unit with great view. The Nautilus location to the beach is a short walk and the umbrella was included.

Wonderful view of ocean from balcony, however, uncomfortable with not cushions like pictures. All in all, stay was wonderful. You could provide more washcloths. I don't like using same cloth every day and you were constantly having to wash towels, cloths, etc.

Overall this is a nice small rental. Can't beat the location. Quiet, clean and comfortable. It has flaws that are easily overlooked when you walk out to the small balcony. Sunrise to sunset, very peaceful for us. The staff are really accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

I would recommend Nautilus but not this unit. The couch is dirty and very uncomfortable. The unit needs some deep cleaning.

The staff were great. Clean rooms great view. I wish we could stay there again but unfortunately the prices have increased so much for 2022. It's out of my range. I dont mind a increase but $1600 more for next year is too steep for me. It is a nice place but I'm sure I can find something else cheaper that's just as nice.

The location was great. The condo needs new furniture, beds, etc. The office people were good. The title is because it rained all six days we were there, if no rain it would have been GREAT.

It was great love coming here we have been staying at this same condo for 2 years now people there are wonderful the room did need a few things fixed such as there screen door needs replaced but other than that can’t complain.

The condo was very clean. Staff was super nice. The condo was in a great location and the views were amazing. The only suggestion I would make is the bed was hard; I could have went for a softer bed. Loved the stay!

I stayed with Nautilus for a little over a month on a business/leisure trip. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had. The professionalism was amazing. The condo was beyond expectations. The owners of 1505 were amazing to work with as well. They certainly have done an amazing job with the interior. I really appreciated how the Nautilus team made my experience so personal and peaceful. During these trying times customer service has seemed to go by the wayside. However, I received a very genuine welcome by all members of the Nautilus team. This includes not only the front desk reception teams, but also the maintenance personnel, grounds keepers, and beach side support members. I felt as if I owned the condo and was not just a temporary customer. The condo had all the amenities I could ask for. The beautiful view included a certain warmth that took away the toils of the day. The character of the condo made you feel immediately at peace as you shut the front door and took in the view. Thank you Nautilus with sharing with me your 1505 unit. My requests were immediately addressed, the unit was immaculate, the view was priceless. I will return and enjoy this beauty again.

Unit 1505 was a very nice unit, very spacious for a one bedroom unit. The walls in the master bathroom sink area could be repainted to make the renovation they did look so much better.

My husband and I have stayed at the Nautilus before, but in a different condo. This condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. It was quiet and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze and we will definitely stay with Nautilus again.

We loved our stay at the nautilus! It was so family friendly with no partying around!! The room was clean- our only suggestion would be some door mats at the entry ways to wipe sand off before going in! At the front door and the balcony! The balcony table and floor wasn’t really cleaned well but we still enjoyed it!

Unit 1505 is updated,and the decor is very modern,airy and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is plenty of seating space in the unit. We would love to see a ceiling fan in the bedroom!

We love staying at Nautilus when we come to Ft. Walton Beach for vacation. The only complaint I have about this unit is, there is a wall beside the sink that needs to be painted. The window seals needed to be cleaned. These are minor improvements and would not stop me from staying at this property again. Already planning our next vacation.

The condo was in good shape and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The view on the gulf can't be beat. Then only thing I wish was that the pool was on the gulf side of the building and not on the street side.

Great location. Easy access to different restaurants and shopping. We have been to the Nautilus three different times. Are planning to return next year. The people in the office are friendly and helpful. The condo its self was clean but needs some updates in furniture. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes and pots and pans.

For the past seven years we have traveled to the Nautilis on ocaloosa island for our spring vacation. The Nautilis employees are always accommodating and friendly. As always, the condo was clean and comfortable. It's location is perfect for a getaway. It's close enough to all the restaurants and activities but far enough away to be relaxing. The provided beach service is second to none thanks to Chandler.
