We have been staying a the Nautilus for 5 years and no matter which condo we rent, they are all wonderful. The office staff are great and the pool is the best.

This was our third stay at Nautilus, but each stay was in a different unit. We love the larger end units like this one that gives you spectacular views of the sunrise and had plenty of furniture on the balcony that we used daily.
Although we eat out most of the time, this kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need.There were some minor things that need repaired, but I left a list with Nautilus so that these problems could be addressed.
We will always eat once if not twice at Stewby's and we really enjoyed Lost Pizza. They have live music starting at 6:30 on Monday nights.

My husband knows I love the beach and when I mentioned I'd love to wake up to turning 60 on the beach he said without hesitation, let's go.
He didn't see what all the hoopla was about the first time we went (he's a woodsy guy) but he even said this time it was great! The condo was perfect with amazing views! Location was great and not too busy! We will definitely go back to Nautilus 1601 on Okaloosa Island!

Just loved this condo! Decorated very nicely with super comfy king sized beds in both bedrooms. Huge balcony with wonderful views and plenty of comfy chairs to lounge in! Equipped with everything you will need for a great vacation. The pool was immaculate and the staff is friendly. Excellent stay and will be back for sure!!

My BFF and I go every year to Ft. Walton and have always stayed about 5 condos up the beach. Several issues with the place that we have gone to for years made us look for another condo. I am so glad that I kept looking at the Nautilus when I was ready to book. Finding the Nautilus was a step out of our comfort zone as we stick to our beach/eating routines on a daily basis. We are 65 and 70 yrs. old and are creatures of habit. LOL! We did not know what to expect. The Nautilus was fabulous! From the very beginning they were great communicators. I was very informed about what to do and expect in order to have a glitch free vacation. The Nautilus was still close to everything that we were used to. We had everything that we needed in 1601 and more (with the exception of a gigger measure and dustpan) I have never stayed at a condo that was so well equipped! I had the master suite, and it was very comfortable. My friend stated that her bedroom/bath were comfortable as well. There is a built-in ice maker that is the bomb! Not to mention the side by side frig/freezer that kept everything very cold, which also has an ice maker. The beach view from 1601 is amazing! I loved how large the wrap around balcony is. Seats about 9 people. 1601 is just steps from the elevator, and trash chute. A very short walk to the beach. Everything was on our end of the building. We used the charcoal grills, and I must say that it was very difficult to lite as the wind is so strong, and there are no shields to deter the winds from the grills. Several people abandoned the effort. (The grills will not make me not go back). We watched the fireworks from the marionette balcony that looks over the bay side. I will definitely book there again next year. This is the first time that my feet were not black from walking around in a unit! Everyone that we came in contact with that works there were very friendly. I should have found this place several years ago. I will be booking Nautilus again!

Condo was awesome. Only complaints is several outlets in the bedrooms and kitchen are"loose" and need to be replaced.

We loved the view from our Condo! We loved the large balcony and enjoyed it with our family. The staff was great. The condo needs a few updates, counter tops, bar stools and the TV was hard to get to work. The location was perfect. We will return again!!

This is a special place for our family to meet for the holiday. It was wonderful, one reason we keep returning. Even think about coming back during summer for a short vacation and take in the summer atmosphere. Only 2 things to mention: shower liner in master bath needs replacement as it had mold on it, one blue chair at the bar needs to be reinforced as it was wobbly afraid to sit on it as it may have broken. Just minor fixes, but everything else was simply awesome.

I have stayed at the Nautilus 8 times since 2013 and have had a wonderful experience each time!
All but 2 of the times have been in end units that have amazing balconies,
especially the 1201-1701 units that give you the sunsets...
I will be back for 2 weeks in October, 2022!

It was a beautiful view, very relaxing and awesome view of the ocean. Loved being on the sixth floor for great views of the ocean. A very well stocked kitchen and loved having chairs and umbrella set up for us.

We loved the condo! Very clean, lots of extra linen, great kitchen utensils. There was even access to 2 extra beach chairs found in the closet. The space and the view on the balcony is perfect! The facility was very well kept with someone cleaning pool and walkway daily. We loved it and will definitely return to 1601!

If you are looking for a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip, this is an excellent rental with great Gulf views. The furnishings and cleanliness of the unit were top notch. The rental office may have been a bit understaffed, but that may have been pandemic-related or we just caught them on an off week. No problems, but they did seem awfully stressed and rushed. Only real downside was the location of the facilities pool.

Fell in love with this place a few years back and came back recently with my family. Everyone loved it! Staff went above and beyond and is so kind. The location is great, access to the beach is incredible, and the pool is heated! Also Love that you can take a nice walk down the beach to get to restaurants and shops if you want and you can walk to the pier.

We stayed in condo 1601 for five nights and loved every minute. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The ice maker was a pleasant surprise! The balcony and the views made the trip exceptional. The balcony had plenty of room for our daughter in a wheelchair and the balcony furniture was comfortable and functional.

Stayed in 1601 for 4 nights in March.
This is a nice unit that fir all our needs.
The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is has everything you need and the furniture is extremely comfortable.
Shout out to the management that are very helpful and to George on the beach for setting up the beach chairs and umbrella's.

The view from the balcony is the best on the beach. We spent many hours relaxing and enjoying the view. Unit was very clean and the property was well maintained. The staff made check in/out very easy. We have been visiting Fort Walton Beach for 15 years and this is our new favorite property.

We had a wonderful time. We have been coming to Okaloosa and staying for about 10-12 years and we love the Nautilus. Unit 1601 was great. The bed was the most comfortable yet. Location is perfect and very relaxing. The balcony is wonderful to sit our and enjoy the view and the dolphin shows. We try a new restaurant to us this year right over the bridge in Ft Walton, The Shack and I can't wait to come back and eat again!

Good, not great. We stayed 34 days -- due to remodeling, only 8 days were quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had bugs -- we asked management to spray and they never did anything.

It was our first time staying at a condo( previously we stayed at a beach front hotel), I have to say it exceeded ally expectations. The room was very well outfitted and felt like home. The view was beautiful with a spacious balcony. If we come back to fort Walton it will be where we will stay again. 5 stars.

Each year we stay at Nautilus Condominiums. We've never been disappointed. We've stayed on 5th and 6th floors, our choices. Linda and all of the office staff are always pleasant and helpful. Already reserved our stay for 2020.

Can’t stay closer to Gulf. The unit is great, the complex is a bit dated. Pictures/descriptions are accurate. Pool area is clean and well maintained.

I am beyond happy with 1601, the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The wrap around balcony,the owners allowing access to the beach toys,and Chandler's attention and attitude made my stay at The Nautilus amazing. This is my 3rd year and I have already booked this room for next year. The staff and guest are beyond helpful and friendly. I would not stay anywhere else. Love Tami

Nautilus 1601 was a wonderful condo, quiet but convenient location. The only challenge was finding matches to light a grill!! We plan to come back next year :)

It was awesome. Condo was perfect very clean and updated. Staff was easy to work with and friendly. Really like being able to pay monthly. View was fantastic. I highly recommend the Nautilus.

My husband and I are repeat customers to Fort Walton Beach. We always stay at the Nautilus condominiums. Our vacation this year was fabulous as always and very much needed. We stayed in 1601, ocean front with rap around balcony. The Condo is updated through out except the bathrooms . Towels were ripped and stained on some of them. Should be replaced. House keeping didn’t clean the condo completely( which is the only time this has happened in all our stays). The bathroom in the master had dirty sinks with makeup on the cabinets. The kitchen sink and countertop needed cleaned. The floors had a lot sand on them. We still loved our stay but disappointed in the cleaning . I think the screen doors need replaced as well.
