loved the location, the privacy of the balconies, and the large bedrooms. one elevator was down during our stay which was a little inconvenient, but they were working on it and was supposed to be fixed right after we left.

Four of us stayed at Nautilus 1604 and everything about it was excellent. The unit has plenty of room, it was clean and well maintained. And the view from the balcony was spectacular! We were there for 5 nights and had activities planned with family in the area but changed those two days/nights to entertain at the condo. That's how comfortable we were there. The staff at Nautilus were excellent as well. Accommodated a very late check-in and then made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. We have already decided to stay here on our next visit. Great experience!

My experience at the Nautilus condominiums -unit 1604--
Met my expectations- The unit was beautiful and equipped with all conveniences necessary for a great stay- I did not have to go on the beach if I wanted to look at the ocean on the balcony- I was comfortable in the beautiful chaise lounges available there-
The unit is situated directly on the beach so I had a great view of the ocean and it was wonderful to smell and see it-
Staff was fabulous- I picked this condo because I liked the fact that the pool was in the front by the road not on the Oceanside-
It was very convenient to charge my electric car at the unit on site-
Can't say enough good things about the whole experience-
I will tell my friends and come again-

We had a wonderful time during our week in Fort Walton at the Nautilus. Our condo was clean, beautifully decorated and so convenient to where we wanted to go. Love staying there.

The room was great and the view of the gulf was even better. The only thing I wish they would do is not let people on the balcony smoke. We couldn’t sit out there long because cigarette smoke kept blowing in from other balconies. Couldn’t leave the balcony door open because it would make the room smell like smoke. I guess it’s not the condos fault that smokers are inconsiderate to everyone around them.

Nautilus is my go to place for total relaxation in a dependable clean environment. Each unit I've stayed in is well appointed to enable me to entertain dinner guests or just relax alone. The professional staff is always available to make my stay even better.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Well maintained. Unit 1604 was very nice, just had a small issue with toliets running, probably just a seal in tank. Bathroom door in main bedroom did not look very nice. We were happy with this unit.

Spent the week in total relaxation. The Nautilus did not disappoint! You can't beat the balcony view from this condo. We love the Okaloosa Island area, and we found our new home away from home. We look forward to many trips back.

PERFECT location with breathtaking view directly overlooking the gulf. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach calm the soul! The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and had everything one could possibly want. Beds were amazingly comfortable too! Perfect for a couple or a family. We will be back!! Staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we asked about a fan....over the top!!!! There is a huge ice maker that ensures a continual supply of ice for all your needs.

As we walked into the front door of our unit we were hooked! The view as we entered was breathtaking (the blinds at the sliding glass door were open) and the condo was beautiful. It was very clean, decorated nicely and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook a nice meal on several occasions. The beds were very comfortable which enabled us to get a good nights sleep and be ready to hit the beach. The staff was very professional, helpful, and kind which made for a great experience. We will definitely be staying at Nautilus on our next trip down.

Beautiful views right from living space & master bedroom balconies. Large balcony. Kitchen had all appliances we needed for our stay. I was very surprised that this unit had an additional ice maker under the counter. It was very useful. The hot water in the master shower was not super hot & sinks were slow to drain. Not a fan of the carpet in bedroom. Overall this was a great place to stay & I would stay again.

Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we still had a great time (September 13 through 17).

Everything went smooth from booking to check in to maintenance issue. I love the new look of the exterior, looks more modern and clean. We only had one issue with the A/C but called maintenance and it was fixed within that same day. Love the beach access and room views of the gulf. Can't wait to go back next year.

We were very pleased with this condo. Other than the dryer not working, we had no problems with our stay. When we arrived, the thermostat was set to 85 degrees which caused the refrigerator and ice maker some problems. Once we turned the temp down, the appliances were able to cool off and they had no problems. The view is beautiful from the balcony and the beach was not crowded at all.

Great place to stay. Loved the room and balcony was big. Never been to Florida and the beach was clean and water was clear. Nice having compliment umbrella and chair waiting on me on the beach. Best vacation . I will be back.

Amazing view. Access to beach with chairs/umbrellas makes a perfect beach getaway. Could probably use a little updating and minor maintenance, but everything was clean and comfortable.

Everything was amazing.Staff is excellent! The rental is as posted.....clean and comfortable....views are absolutely stunning �� I spent a huge amount of time on the balcony. Very nice area...small market next door was a great plus as the girls had forgotten a few things. We will definitely be back.

This was our first visit to FT Walton beach. The condo was very clean, spacious with a great view of the ocean. We normally visit Destin beach but was pleasantly surprised to find this place wasn’t as crowded making it easier to enjoy the surroundings and local amenities.

Overall it was good with the exception of the mattress on the bed in the master bedroom. It was very hard and difficult for me to sleep on. I would recommend the exercise machine be removed from the master bedroom when the unit is rented out as the space was tight.

This condo has everything you could possibly need while on vacation! It was perfect for our family of 5! We will definitely come back to this rental. The views were spectacular. The condo was clean and very well stocked.

Had a great long weekend at the Nautilus on Okaloosa Island. The condo was great. Enjoyed the Gulf and lanai even in the rain. The condo was clean and well tended. Would happily spend a much longer time at the Nautilus. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us.

Overall, our experience was fabulous and all employees were cordial: The only complaint that I have is that the room was not as clean as I expected:. The ceiling fans and blinds were extremely dirty and caked with dirt. Before we could sleep in the room, we had to clean them. Otherwise, the furnishings were very comfortable and nice.

We first stayed at the Nautilus 28 years ago and this is by far the best two bedroom unit available! High end furnishings, beautifully updated kitchen and baths, commercial ice maker and keyless entry add to the leisure and convenience of vacation living. The beach umbrella and chairs are a plus to the luxury of relaxing on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Beach attendant, maintenance personnel and office staff all earn an A+ and a huge thank you!

We were at the Nautilus for our eighteenth year. We were treated as family and everything was just as we wanted it. Miss Linda in the office is so personal,unprofessional and generous. She will surely be missed. Chandler is the finest waterfront director we have ever known. Our stay left us planing to return next year.
