We were very pleased with our reservation! It was quiet and very relaxing. They offer so many things you can check out from kids toys to things to help you cook. Provide coolers, beach towels and a bag to carry everything! Checked on us thru text messaging and answered back very quickly! Highly recommend!

We have stayed at Nautilus Condo's many times, first time at this condo, and we would definitely stay here again! Clean, comfortable, great porch chairs, beautiful view, love having an 'extra' powder room! Kitchen fully and well supplied. Even though we didn't use the beach chairs, towels, tote or cooler, it was nice that they provided these items!

Enjoyed some much-needed ‘me time’ in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, relaxing at the Nautilus. Peaceful mornings sipping coffee on the balcony, ocean views, and the sound of the waves were the perfect escape to recharge and reflect. Kenan and Jerry Lynn were so friendly and helpful . Definitely planning to return

Nautilus 1605 was everything we needed. Good space and layout for a 1BR condo. Great location right on the beach with a perfect view. Appreciated that the property management coordinates with the beach rental company to include a chair/umbrella setup in the price.
Especially appreciated was the friendly staff who helped to ensure we had what we needed, answered questions, and addressed any issues.
The island itself isn't incredibly walkable, but we're very excited to visit once the construction is complete and the greenway goes to Destin. Did enjoy being right on the coast, with easy access to explore Ft. Walton.
Would recommend to anyone visiting that area of town.

Unit was just as described. My wife and I had a very relaxing stay in this unit. The building is right on the beach, and the view was great. Hope to maybe return next year for another stay.

We had stayed in Condo 1605 and it was perfect. Great ocean view, very clean, very comfortable king size bed! We will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean and the views are great! We did run into a couple of issues. The mattress in the bedroom needs replaced, it is not comfortable and you can see that is indented from being used for so long. The sheets for the pullout couch were not dirty but did have a stain on them. I had clean blankets that I used instead for my kids.

Perfect space, clean, and amazing views from living area and bedroom. The bedding was also very comfortable, as well as a nice shower! Staff were very helpful. The pool was clean and overall quiet environment. We were walking distance to Tom Thumb for any needed items, another plus. You really never have to leave the balcony for your private beach view.

We have vacationed in Fort Walton Beach for years and have stayed at Nautilus Condominiums numerous times.
This was our first time staying in Unit 1605 and we are glad that we discovered this jewel!
The view of the beach and ocean is awesome from the 6th floor. The unit is decorated tastefully and the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, utensils and dishes.
The onsite management is great!

We came to Fort Walton to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. We had never stayed in For Walton, but we quickly fell in love with the area and the absolutely beautiful beaches.
Our lovely condo just added some sweetness to it all. The condo was very nice and had a beautiful view. I am quite picky about where we stay when we go on vacation and this place did not disappoint.
Melissa in the front office was a sweetheart.
It would have been nice to physically meet the owners but of course that didn’t happen.
We booked the same condo for next year, this time, to celebrate # 44.
Can’t wait to go back !!!!

Enjoyed our 2 week stay. Fabulous, comfortable unit. Kitchen well stocked. Very roomy for 2 adults. Exactly as described. Perfect location, views, amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed having beach service, bring your towel and you are good for the day, 2 lounge chairs with umbrella. Very satisfied. Close to numerous delicious restaurants and grocery store. Will be back.

We pretty much had a lovely stay at the 1605 Nautilus Condo. We were there to relax and enjoy the view and the beach and it was lovely. Didn't like the process of leaving a message for someone to call us back. Seemed like a really inefficient way to do business. The evenings from about 7-as late as midnight were loud with screaming kids in the hallways and still in the pool. Seemed to have no adult supervision. Would suggest better security at this time of night. Only a deadbolt on the door would have felt a lot more comfortable with an additional lock on the door from the inside.Elevator didn't work properly.All in all we loved our stay and will definitely book 1605 again.Very clean and wonderful beach decoration decor. Would love to know where owner got the large sand dollars on the a few of the walls.

The stay was very quiet and peaceful. There were very few people on the beaches. The weather was brisk and required a jacket and hat, but walking the beach was very enjoyable.

We rode out hurricane Sally at the Nautilus. We lost power and had a bit of water intrusion, but I still give 5 stars due to one person. The morning after the hurricane, all of the bridges were closed so the only employee there was the GM - Cheryl, who lives on the property. She was amazing, going from condo to condo and checking on everyone. She was also being bombarded with calls from concerned property owners who were checking on their units. She worked her tail off and I never saw her discouraged - the Nautilus is in fantastic hands with Cheryl.
On top of that, the place has been renovated since my last visit with new sliding doors and windows; in addition to an overall exterior paint job. It really looks nice.
You can't beat the location with a very short walk to the beach and a Tom Thumb store in the adjacent parking lot.

Rented a 1 bedroom beachfront. Unit was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. I cannot say enough about how nice the staff at Nautilus is. They will go out of there way to help you and answer questions. They even tracked us down and returned an item we left in the unit. I will definitely return to the Nautilus.

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 1605! We have been coming to Nautilus for many years & this was the first time we stayed in this unit. Everything was great, except the living room furniture was stiff & uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a great time!
