The condo was so clean ! The views were amazing. Beds firm and comfortable. Plenty of seating inside and out. I’d book again.
The wicker furniture may need to be cleaned / checked for mold/mildew in the master bed. That’s my only complaint. The smell is strong.

We had a great stay here at the Nautilus for Fall Break. We loved the views, the condo was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beach and the pool.

I have stayed at this condo a couple times now and each time has been just wonderful. The view cannot be beat- waking up in the master to a gorgeous sunrise! The porch is huge and the ice-maker in the unit is so thoughtful! Has everything you need for a great vacation and the master bath upgrade is beautiful. They even accepted a grocery order for me and put it away prior to arrival!! Love this unit and will keep coming back.

We took a few days in august right before school started to vacation at the Nautilus. It was a great choice. Parking was easy. Elevators were easy and quick to get on. Condo was clean. Furniture comfy. Vote was magnificent! We watched dolphins from the balcony every day. I would pick this same Condo again!

The room was very nice and clean. The pool was very small for the size of the hotel. It could have used a bigger pool. The neighbors above us was very loud all night and kelp us up all night, and the neighbors a couple of doors down got in a argument in the wee early hours and the cops came because of them. But the hotel was overall clean and in a nice area. I would stay there again and hope for better neighbors.

We returned to Okaloosa Island this year for a 3-month getaway from a Wisconsin winter. We had a great stay. When issues arose the staff responded quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend Nautilus. Clean condos, reasonable rates, and a very responsive staff.

The stay was amazing. We visited while the sun both rose and set close to the shoreline. We awoke to dolphins rolling in the water beyond the second sand bar and manta rays swimming along the shoreline. Osprey,eagles and shorebirds were everywhere.
The amenities are nice for a great beach visit. A pool and great lounging by the waters edge. The unit we stayed in had a wraparound balcony which lead to breathtaking views. The furnishings were not brand new but everything worked and there were lots of kitchen items not necessarily found in rentals. The trash chute so no garbage on the elevators was great.

The balcony is the best part of the condo. We spent many hours looking at the white sand and blue water. Once the sun set we gazed at thr stars from the balcony. The unit was cleaned well. We were disappointed to find out that the sliding glass doors from the master bedroom did not open. The washing machine had mildew on the gasket inside the machine. Everything else worked well. We appreciated the beach service. The Nautilus property is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. A convenience store was a quick walk away. We are looking forward to staying at Nautilus again soon and definitely recommend Nautilus for anyone who wants to enjoy the gulf coast

The views were stunning. So glad we stayed an extra day and got this room. Our only complaint was the beds and pillows. Horrible. Had we had to stay one more day, we would’ve went and bought our own pillows. So FYI. Everything else was great!

I originally rented a one bedroom, but upon check in I was given this 2 bedroom. The condo is clean and well furnished, if slightly dated. The huge balcony and view more than made up for it! We loved our stay and would rent again if we were in this area. Suggestion: provide an iron and hairdryer. I had a hard time getting ready for the wedding without these items.

I love the Nautilus - I come at least 2 times a year with the exception of last year. However, i will never rent this unit again, but my favorite unit 1506 was already booked. The owner of 1606 needs to spend some money for much needed repairs and updates. Some of the lamps just did not work, had to add buy light bulbs for the night lights, the beds are stiff as boards and of course just general updating. Wall paper peeling. and put cable TV in the master bedroom. But as I said, i love unit 1506 but will never rent 1606 again. Thank you.

This unit is in major need of renovation. Chipped plaster in master bath room. Recliner in living room very dirty and worn. Chairs showing signs of heavy wear. No trash liners in unit.

This was our second time to stay here, the location and view is terrific, overall property is very good and staff is very friendly and professional.
The unit we had this time could use some updates, and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all, but overall was a great few days of the Emerald Coast.

The location of Nautilus 1606 cannot be beat and was exactly as pictured. Words cannot describe the amazing beachfront view from this unit... absolutely breathtaking! Located conveniently just out of the mainstream yet minutes from some fabulous restaurants! This was our 2nd stay at Nautilus and the staff is always friendly & helpful! Planning our 3rd stay now!

We have stayed here a couple of times and will stay many more. We love the location and service. It’s always clean and comfortable. We couldn’t ask for a better place to take our family for vacation. We have a seven year old autistic son and a nine year old little girl that love the ocean and pool. Everything about it was Beautiful and amazing. We look forward to being back many times.

Everything was AWESOME... from the rental experience itself, to check in, the condo and check out! Everyone there was so helpful! The condo was clean, floor plan was just as it showed during my rental process. I would highly recommend others to stay with the Nautilus! We will definitely be staying here on our future trips to Fort Walton!

This is my second time staying in these condos and for the second time I’ve had a great experience, the condos are very clean, the gulf view is breath taking, it was a very quiet and comfortable place to stay. The only “negative” things I would have to say is the elevator is quite slow but other than that I only have good things to say about my stay. The staff was very polite and helpful!

Everything was great! Only issue was that we planned on a particular condo so we could be next door/ on the same level as other family for convience and we were placed in a different condo on the floor above our family which made it a little more difficult with a toddler going back and forth. We would also prefer no smoking at the pool with children present.
