We enjoyed our stay. Unit 1702 has a fabulous view. The jets in the garden tub did not work. My kids were disappointed about that. The Unit could use some updating but was very clean. Overall, our stay was great.

This unit was THE best stocked of any condo I’ve stayed at. And we travel a lot!! The communication was fantastic. The new service of having your groceries waiting on you IN the condo was so nice. I placed my delivery order to the condo and they put them away. This is also the easiest and closet beach access ever. We love to stay here and will be back!

This was a great unit with lots of space. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the ice maker in the kitchen was nice to have. Enjoyed the chairs and table on the balcony. It was clean and the location is great. The pictures are up to date. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Arrived at front desk, and the lady was very nice. We went up to 1702 and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful. I got up every morning and drank my coffee and watched the world come alive. There were even Dolphins playing in the ocean. Beach was not crowded and chairs available all the time. I loved the small complex with close parking. Loved the time we had.

We had another wonderful stay at the Nautilus. This visit we stayed in unit 1702. It is gulf front unit. The unit was spacious and the view was spectacular. The staff of the Nautilus is always helpful and kind. This is the only place we will stay when visiting our daughter. We highly recommend the Nautilus.

Nautilus Condominiums is a well run, thoughtfully managed, vintage facility on Okaloosa Island in Ft. Walton, Fl. Unit 1702 is a roomy 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo on the 7th floor. Best features include reasonable cost, awesome view of the Gulf, comfortable furnishings, huge library, and well-equipped kitchen including a free-standing wet ice maker. Furnishings are a bit dated, bathrooms are overdue for a renovation, and carpets are stained.

We had a fabulous time at Nautilus. We sprung for the 7th floor and it was worth it! Amazing views!! Perfect place for our entire family to rent their own space and still vacation together. Thank you!

This condo has a million dollar view! The kitchen is well equipped and beds are not bad. The linens need to be upgraded. The bathrooms both need to be renovated. This is our 2nd time in 1702 so obviously we really like it. The new washer and dryer were a great addition!

We always stay at the nautilus! We particularly love this unit. Very spacious with 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Always clean! The staff is always helpful and never hesitates to help!

When we arrived we were tired and travel weary. We had endured cancelled flights, weather delays, the necessity to rebook on a different airline and change travel dates. We were even delayed by a day on arrival. However, the staff could not have been more accommodating. The Penthouse Condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The balcony and the view are the selling points for this unit. We have done numerous beach vacations on the East Coast - we have never had a balcony that could comfortably accommodate all four adults on lounge chairs and not feel cramped.

The rooms are always clean and this could have been our favorite condo expect for a few things. The mattress in the main bedroom was terrible and seemed noisy at night when sleeping. We did have an issue with the elevator again. Overall our stay was good It seemed to be remodeled recently with new sliding doors on the balcony that worked flawlessly. We will be back soon.

This was my first time staying here at the Nautilus but it won’t be the last. The location is not far away from the attractions but it is away from the traffic. You can watch the fireworks from your balcony or beach. There is a Tom Thumb right next door to restock beer ice or anything you might have forgot to get including beach toys and floats.

The condo was beautiful, roomy, clean and just amazing!! We loved the fact that there were windows that faced the Gulf of Mexico and we could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. I have never slept better. I will definitely be back....

We had an excellent stay in 1702! From booking to check-out the administration was clear and efficient. The condo exceeded expectations. We cook a lot and the kitchen was well supplied with better than usual items. Everything was clean and in working order (except for the jets on the master tub). Thanks for a great stay

we have stayed at the Nautilus several times and have enjoyed ourselves each time. The staff is friendly, the property is well kept and the location is great. We had a small issue with our original condo this time and the office staff was very quick to solve it. We will definitely continue staying here on our family vacations.

We experienced a few issues with the Condo. The air conditioner quit working and the washer was leaking, but I have to say The Nautilus was very quick to fix both.

Property was nice. Unit was clean except dusty on bookshelves, end tables and TV stands. Lots of stuff provided in the unit which made it feel like a home away from home. Hated smelling cigarette smoke from our non-smoking unit as we tried to enjoy our balcony view each day/night. (Felt like I smoked a pack a day and I don't smoke!). The pool was often overfilled with water which made it deeper than labeled I believe. Might be better for kids if it weren’t so full at the steps. Internet issues when we first arrived but were resolved by staff within a few days. Loved the carts to help with luggage, recycling and trash collection was super easy, parking was good, etc. We had a great experience and hope to come back some time in the future.

Six years ago me and my wife booked a stay at the Nautilus for Thanksgiving Week. My sister and her husband also booked a unit and spent the week. The facility was beautiful, well maintained, and we all enjoyed a great week together and had Thanksgiving Dinner on the balcony patio with a beautiful view that year. We enjoyed it so much that the following year we did it again, and since have continued every year. This has has grown in size along with other family members (children, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, etc), each booking additional units, so has become a traditional family event. Most of us have already booked reservations for next year, and even though there are other choices of places to stay none of us would even consider staying anywhere else other than the Nautilus. We have stayed in different units, based upon availability, throughout the past years, with never a disappointment. We always stay in the ocean front rooms. The Nautilus has always been consistently superb. The rooms & grounds are always immaculate and the staff is great. Highly recommend the Nautilus to all.

Incredible vacation. Best location on the Gulf. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Kitchen is great, love the ice machine. TV's and electronics (VCR's) a bit on the low tech side. We bought a Bluray DVD player for our use while there. We've stayed here about 7 or 8 times. Will return next year.

We were told upon arrival (with a weeks worth of groceries in the car) on Saturday that our reservation was for Wednesday. Fortunately I had my confirmation email. After being also told that there was no rooms for us, we were then told we would have to move to different rooms 3X. Finally a smaller room was found but wasn't cleaned yet. We asked if we could at least put our groceries in the refrigerator as they had been now baking in the sun for a 1/2 hour. We were rudely told no the room had to be inspected first. We had to move our items to our cooler. Fast forward 1 hr we were told the room was ready. Upon entering the room, the "inspector" rudely said not to come in as she was still inspecting the room. After 3 days we got our intended room with 1 night free-no apology whatsoever. Only an explanation that all reservations were reinput into the computer and ours must have been put in wrong
How disappointing as we have stayed at here multiple times and have never had issues. And then to be treated as an inconvenience was even more disappointing.

This was our 3rd time in this unit and our 7th stay with the nautilus. Very disappointed this last stay as the unit was dirty. The top two racks in the refrigerator had liquid (from meat) on both glass racks. The oven was dirty and there was an awful smell that lasted for about 3 days. I did call and report it to the office. Elevator was down for maintenance several times. Just overall not as happy as we had been in the past.
