We recently downsized and were in need of rest and relaxation. Our week was perfect, even on the rainy days. We stayed in the spacious condo and enjoyed reading, watching movies and football, and takeout from Stewby’s!

Place is really clean and very spacious. The sea view from the balcony is totally a great one we can enjoy the view of the beach and the harbor too. Its on the last floor and the corner one so we can able to enjoy the sea view a bit more from the rest. Both the bedrooms have seaviews from one bedroom we can enjoy the harbour view and from the other bedroom we can enjoy the seaview. We came with our friends and we all enjoyed the stay. Would highly recommend the place.

This unit was everything! This place is the best we have stayed at since we have been coming to this part of Flordia. We will be staying here from now on. Staff was so friendly, the place was so clean and large!

The condo was beautiful. LOVED the renovations, the decor, the views of the ocean. The jetted tub was huge, plenty of room for my husband and me. The whole condo has so much character throughout. All of the special unique touches unlike most other condos we’ve stayed at. Felt very cozy & warm. The beds were very comfortable, unit was very clean. Loved the white shutters in the windows facing the beach. Felt like a cabana on an island. The Murphy bed in the living room was a nice surprise. Mattress was memory foam and also comfortable. Brand new washer & dryer added plus. Air conditioner nice and cold. The free beach service was a plus, however you have to talk to the beach attendant early to reserve your chairs. It’s first come, first serve. The pool was on the small side, and not facing the ocean, wasn’t a big deal for us, as we only used the the beach. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay & plan on coming back next year.

The stay was awesome, except they never replaced the light bulb in the master bath area where the toilet is, and it was dark in that area. I had to leave door open

The unit we stayed in was comfortable, but the decor was confusing. I’m a very visual person and am affected by my surroundings. The way the furniture was arranged was unsettling to me. The tv (which nice and large) is in front of a glass bookshelf filled with Knick knacks and such. The sectional couch (which was quite comfortable) was facing away from the beautiful Gulf views. There were some odd pieces in the master bedroom which gave it a cheap feel (multicolored floor lamp, occasional tables). The bed, however, was quite comfortable. The tile in the master bath was somewhat mismatched, but there was a nice big garden tub. The balcony was very nice.
We were on the 7th floor and the elevator wasn’t working the last two or three days of our stay. We are in our early 60s and in good health, but it wasn’t fun getting groceries up those stairs.
The water heater was turned down very low when we arrived, but the maintenance man fixed that for us.

The property is BEAUTIFUL, spacious and perfect for our vacation. It is well maintained and had most everything we needed for our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We place on being back soon!!

Furniture in extreme need of updating. Couch old and smelly. Fan in elevator next to pool did not work causing it to be very hot and humid. Very nice place to stay. Nice staff. Very convenient

This was our second time staying at The Nautilus. We love it here! Our unit (1704) was extremely nice and very clean. We had a great view from our balcony. The beach is very quick and easy to get to. The office staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The Nautilus is located in a great area. We enjoyed our stay very much! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

The room was more than expected and didn't know until we were in the penthouse. So quiet and relaxing. The view was amazing day and night. Staff was very friendly and professional. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Beautiful From Entrance to Balcony With Endless Views. Beautiful Granite Black Countertops and had Everything needed in kitchen. Would suggest an automatic off coffee pot;) Cute Little Balcony off Guest Bedroom. Nice Extra Large Dining Table. Red Large Elbow Couch Great for Big Groups Sitting watching tv but Sorry to say lacks comfort due to thin cushions. Would of wished there was a Pair of Recliners;) Love the Beautiful Tropical Shutters so Easy to Open and Close. Balcony Is Beautiful Wrap Around That at times a little too windy chilly to sit out on in cooler months but the Furniture is Nice Would of Enjoyed a High Bar Chairs with Table to See over Railing Possibly;) Master Bedroom Bed Is Very Comfortable with Wonderful Lots of Space for clothing in all Beautiful Vintage Dressers. Closets and Wonderful Whirlpool Bathtub with Surrounding Mirrors;) If a Modest Person Might Be a Little Burdened of all the Views;);) Nice double Sink with Mirrored Inside and out medicine cabinets Great Storage. Master Shower a Little Dated and Dark dingy feeling but always had hot water:) Staff Are Wonderful Attentive Caring:):) Wish the Catwalk to beach had no stairs due to having to carry beach buggy down stairs and back up with old knees:( Overall This Beautiful Condo with its Unique Charming Collector Vintage Furniture is So Relaxing:) Thank You So Much for the Wonderful Memories:)xoxo

This condo had a spectacular large balcony and a huge great room. The beds were a little firm, but otherwise, it was perfect. Our only problem was two red flags on the beach the whole 6 days we were there.

Nice property. Very spacious rooms. Only complaints I would have were the elevators were very slow and often out of service and 1 of beach workers was VERY RUDE.

We were blown away by the view and design of the condo. The staff were terrific and everyone had a great time. My only complaint is the small things. And really there's no good reason these things shouldn't have been replaced. The toaster was rusty and dirty, unusable. Neither can opener worked. Oven light was out. Master shower curtain was torn on both ends. They give you one, yes one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. For the price these little things should not be overlooked.

The only thing I would have liked was to have known that the 1/2 bath was closed off. I would really like to have had access to it. So clean, amazing views. Large rooms and closets, nice everything!! Already booked vacation again in same room for summer!

Last minute visit to this wonderful location. The condo was in a fantastically beautiful location convinient not only to resteraunts but also publix. We felt at home here and definitely will be returning for another visit in the near future. We really had the relaxation we were looking for. ..Compliments to the owner for maintaining such a wonderful retreat and the rental staff for such a wonderful vacation.

We had a great unit this time. We have been down to Nautilus 4 times now. We were getting a little worried. While the units have been nice the building itself was deteriorating. I would love to see more repairs done soon i.e. exterior paint chipping on balcony.

This was our second year staying at The Nautilus. As always, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our condo was on the top floor facing the ocean. It was an amazing view. We had a large balcony with tables and chairs for our comfort. The master suite windows face the ocean and can be opened to listen to the ocean at night. The condo was very comfortable for four adults and three children. Huge TV if anyone cares. Lol. The pool is nice but does not face the ocean. We had a wonderful time.

We stayed at this condo for a weekend with another couple we were traveling with. This condo had everything we needed and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The large jaccuzi tub was a hit with my wife. Management was very helpful getting us checked in late on a Friday evening. All around great trip.

We had a great stay. The only thing we didn’t enjoy were the mattresses. They were old and not comfortable. They had a pillow topper on the master bed but we just sunk down into it which wasn’t comfortable. This unit needs new mattresses!
