THE CONDO

Nautilus provides private beach access directly from the property to the public beach on Okaloosa Island. No street crossing is required to reach the beach.

Enjoy the freedom to explore the beautiful Okaloosa Island shoreline. From Nautilus, you can walk for miles along the beach toward Destin, enjoying the sand, Gulf, and scenery without constantly encountering private-beach barriers interrupting your walk.
- Beach Gear, Already Packed for You: No need to haul heavy gear from home - Nautilus 2311 comes equipped with two extra beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach tote.
- COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE: Beach service provided by our beach vendor includes two beach chairs and one umbrella with paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31. Your setup is guaranteed, but the specific location on the beach is not.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.
