The condo is updated and very well maintained. Kitchen was full stocked with everything we needed during our stay. I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching dolphins pass by while my husband and son fished from the pier that was just a couple of mins away.
Beach service was no hassle each day of our stay. The kids loved the pool that was heated and shaded in afternoons.

We had a wonderful stay at nautilus. The condo was exactly as pictured. Short walk to the beach with sand toys, floats etc always available to be used. The included beach service was super convenient also. The pool was nice and never crowded. We saw staff constantly outside working on things and keeping the facility nice and clean. The office had beach activities available for checkout also which was nice. No complaints at all!

Just returned from a week stay in unit 2409. First time visitor, so I was a little nervous. We arrived to a super easy check in. Was able to get 2 parking passes which is a problem in a lot of rentals I have stayed in, so that was great. We were also worried about the Covid scare. When I checked in I was given a sanitizer and rag to use in my room. When we entered our room it was very clean. I had no worries after entry. I wiped things down with Lysol as a caution, but truly felt safe without that. This unit in particular was very updated and nice. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans and utensils. The view is ocean view from the side, but was a great view. The exterior was nice and updated also. The pool was always clean and never crowded. Parking was super easy also. When we came in for the evening we never had problems finding a spot like some of the bigger complexes. We had family staying in 2 other units and everyone seemed very pleased. The beach service was a GREAT addition. No worrying with finding a beach spot in the mornings. Chairs were set up and ready when we were. We will definitely return and hopefully to this same unit. The whole complex layout was nice, as well as our unit layout.

We had a lovely time staying at the Nautilus condo 2409. The condo was gorgeous and the view was wonderful. The kitchen was perfect and the space was much bigger than what we imaged from the photos! Cheryl at the front office was awesome! She went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and made our check in and check out very easy.
The construction outside was unexpected, but as long as we had the doors closed, we could not hear it. When the doors were open, yes we could hear it, but it was not a big deal.
However, the neighbors upstairs were noisy one morning from 8:00-10:30am to what seemed like banging on the floor with hammers waking all of us up. I went to the office at 9am when it first opened to complained and spoke to Linda in the office. She told me she would find out and call about it. Never heard back from Linda, but the noisy banging finally stopped an hour and a half after my trip to the office to complain. The neighbors never were noisy again.
Overall, it was restful and relaxing. Easy access to the beach. We highly recommend your next retreat at Nautilus!

Loved our stay in Unit 2409. It was very clean and updated very nice. Great view of the ocean. Furniture and bedrooms nicely decorated and well furnished with linens. I would highly recommend this unit. This condo was in a great location and off the busy main road.

Our rental unit was great, so nice and clean. Everything was updated. We loved the key pad door. So much better than a room key. The staff were great, the beach chairs complimentary were the best!

Clean condo, very neatly organized. Had all the dishes and cooking supplies needed to cook with and eat with. Close to shopping and eateries. Beach was beautiful will be back again.

We were extremely pleased with this condo. The view was amazing, and It was renovated and so nice. The condo was very large to accommodate my family of 6. One of the most relaxing vacations we have had. We would love to stay again next year!

2409 needs some updating. Could have used a big pot for stove. Would have liked a table with seating for 6 so we could all eat together and it was difficult to play cards in the evening with such a small table.
Other than those items the unit was clean.
Construction was going on the entire week with jackhammering/powerwashing within the complex and was annoying with the workers noise and the mess we had to maneaver around.
Was happy I was able to book a 9 day/night stay!!

this was my 10th time to stay as usual the room was perfect .the elevaters were a little ruf and a guy was pressure washing making a lot of noice and a mess .but I still would never stay anywhere else
