Every year we go to Destin for Spring Break & always stay at the Nautilus. The staff is always nice. The view is amazing.

Vacation rental was very easy to deal with no hassle at all enjoyed the stay although I think I left a garment in the room that I would love to have but not worth driving 10hrs to see if it still there.

Location on Okaloosa Island was perfect. Very quiet, not overcrowded and beach access was easy. Unit was very nice. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a definite plus.

Very clean. Great location. Beach was just steps away. I’ve paid more for a rental and had to walk a much longer distance to the beach. I’m not in the best of health so that was important to me. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We arrived late but had no difficulty getting in due to the keyless code being sent to me. It was a great experience. We will be returning asap!

Rental was mostly good. Elevators were very slow. I booked two condos. One for myself and one for my granddaughter and her three children. My room was okay. The kitchen floor needed a good cleaning. Had to get management to come up and look at the TV in the living room. Had to have new cables. Worked great after that. The only complaint my granddaughter had was the pillows in the main bedroom so we just went and bought two new pillows. Also the second bedroom and bathroom in my condo did not have any throw rugs so I bought my own to go in there. No matter how much you try you cannot keep the sand from being on the floors.

Great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Easy to check in and out. The beach was beautiful. We were able to see a beautiful sunrise from the balcony.

The condo was great. Everything was clean. Parking was easy. It had everything we needed. I booked this about 3 days out for a wedding we attended and we said we would stay there again. Our 1 and only complaint was the elevators. Not sure they were working properly, one even had a note of what to do if it got stuck. Lots of stairs were taken!

The complex is well maintained. Our unit was a good size, the beds were nice and comfortable, which is not always the case. Have already made plans for next year.

We come to Fort Walton about twice a year, so we stay in a lot of places. The Nautilus has been our best in a while. It was extremely clean, which is the most important to us. It also had a nice view and the pool was fun for the kids when we didn’t want to go right out back to the beach. The kitchen had most needed items. There were a couple of small maintenance items that needed attention, like a patched wall needing paint, a closet door off track, but these things were super minor and did not detract from our stay at all. Would definitely recommend.

We are friends of the condo owner. I believe this was our 4th time staying in their condo; Nautilus 2410. The property is well-kept and family friendly. We love the location, beach access, relation to Okaloosa Island, Ft. Walton Beach and Eglin AFB. Condo is well-equipped and we enjoy it very much.

Excellent customer service! When we first got to the condo, the code wasn't working on the keypad to let us in. I called the rental office after business hours and they tried trouble shooting, which didn't work. They unlocked the keypad remotely and had the office manager there within 15 minutes to hand us a key so we could come and go as we please. The next morning someone was there to reprogram the keypad while we were at the beach. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to fix the issue.
The condo was clean, beach service was excellent, and we had a fantastic time. The view from the balcony was perfect. The property was clean and quiet. The kitchen came with everything we needed for preparing lite meals. I definitely plan on coming back.

Condo was very clean, and the beach view was better than expected from looking at the VRBO pictures. A very short walk to the beach chairs which was nice. No complaints or concerns.

This area is amazing! The staff was great! The beach is so lovely!!! The whole complex is wonderful and family/couple oriented! Loved our stay but this unit was very dated and in poor condition. We were with a group and saw other units which were lovely and updated, but ours was not. I would absolutely stay with nautilus again but not in this unit. Great choice for lovely beaches!
