We have stayed at the Nautilus 4 times now and it’s always wonderful. The location is great it pulls you away from the hustle and bustle of Destin. Yet you are close enough to everything you can want especially being literally steps from the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas are a major bonus that we love. Condo has plenty of room and was very clean. The communication from staff before and during our stay was great. Kept us updated on everything we needed. Check in was a breeze and room was ready on time

The rental property was excellent and cannot complain about the room at all. Only thing was one of the elevators near our room had issues and would have to take the one at the complete other end

My family and I have been coming to these condos for over 20 years- have said in both gulf front and gulf view units and we’ve never had an unsavory experience. The unit was renovated nicely and had all that we needed for the week. The only complaint was that all the cookware needs to be replaced as there were bulges dead center do the skillets would rock on the cooktop and/or were extremely scraped up. Other than that the beds were comfy and it was nice and fresh upon arrival. We love the beautiful beaches and water and the location is right next to a connivence store for any last minute sweet tooth runs ;)! I will always recommend this condo!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Nautilus. The condo we stayed in (2411) was updated and clean. Kitchen & master bedroom/bath were spacious. There were a few issues with appliances during our stay, the main one being that the washer had an issue causing a very loud banging during the spin cycle. We were not able to use the washer much at all during our stay. However, the owner has already ordered a new washer and it should not be an issue in the future. There was also one day when the elevator was not working, but the other elevator remained operational and it was fixed within a day. Check-in and checkout were extremely easy and the location on the beach was great. Parking in the parking lot was easy to get in and out of, much prefer this to a parking garage. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Nautilus to others in the future!

Great location, beautiful beach. Nautilus office excellent on communications, and updates for easy entry. Facility and grounds very clean. Unit 2411 updated and nice furnishings. Free beach chairs and umbrella on beach is nice perk. Nice pool, no hot tub. Easy parking, and next door to a Tom Thumb convenience store (not gas) for quick needs. I would highly recommend.

The Condo was perfect for what we needed for our 5 night stay! Upon arriving check in was so easy and the condo was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Convenient location and the beach access was great! The balcony was wonderful, we sat in it every afternoon and evening. The rooms were roomy and plenty big enough to not be crowded. Having 2 bathrooms was a major plus also! The pool area was nice and had music playing. The 2 free beach chairs and umbrella was also very nice, especially with a 4 month old baby. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again! Room 2411, a great view and location!

We were in Fort Walton visiting a friend’s place and decided to look for a stay nearby since the water & weather was so beautiful and figured we wouldn’t have much luck with finding anything affordable AND nice so last-minute AND on Easter weekend, but we were COMPLETELY WRONG! This condo was PERFECT! We walked in and the place exceeded our expectations from the preview we saw online. It was so cute and clean and quaint. My parents stayed in the master, my kiddos and I stayed in the two beds in the guest bedroom and our cousin on the pullout couch. Plenty space for us all. There was plenty kitchen utensils and gadgets and all the things we needed for cooking and staying in; we even used some of the provided, cute bowls for “Easter baskets” since we forgot ours at home! The balcony is great for peering at the beautiful beaches and close to the road too to see what’s happening down the little Okaloosa Island road. My parents want to purchase a condo JUST LIKE THIS one because it was truly perfect for families. We will stay again and again.

We stayed here for Spring Break and it was an awesome experience! From check in to check out everything was smooth. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the ocean was great from the bedroom and the living room. The location was perfect—quiet area, but very close to Destin! Cannot wait to stay here again!

I love being at Nautilus because the employees there are very friendly and make you feel at home away from home!I have actually been going there for about 15 years and i dont ever want to go anywhere else because the water is beautiful and the sand is always clean and white and their beach attendant is awesome!Also if you need anything fixed they send maintenance right away.

Everything was great except cleaning, we had to vacume the condo and mop the floors, because there was sand everywhere. Showers had mold/dirt in corners. Water in showers and sinks would not go down the drain properly,

We arrived to a clean and gorgeous condo. The views from the balcony were fabulous. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious and had most everything we needed. There's a convenience store that is steps from the building. The beach and beach service setup was wonderful. Beautiful location. Quieter end of the beach, away from Destin. Local restaurants Asiago Grill and Fubar restaurants are a must. Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay!

Wraparound balcony was nice. View was nice. The condo was dirty when we arrived but property manager had it cleaned the next day. The toilet in the guest room did not flush very well. Came close to overflowing a few times. The toilets in both bathrooms were way to low for an adult. The property manager was very responsive and took care of things immediately. The view was nice. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable. The living room was very small but accommodating for 2 people. The living room furniture needs updating.

We had a great vacation at this rental. We were looking for a quick getaway at the beach and it was everything we wanted. They were quick to respond when questions were asked and accommodated us nicely when a room change needed to happen. The building was hard to figure out when we arrived, but the room was very convenient to the elevator once we figured out the building! I would stay here again.

Our vacation was GREAT. It was located in a great spot. We had a view of the gulf from our living room space and from the master bedroom. We had three generations of women on this vacation and there was something that everyone enjoyed! We will be back next year!
