It was amazing! The staff was great and the condo was just what we were looking for. It was peaceful and right on the beach. The views from our room was breathtaking. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a great December in Condo 2510. Kitchen was stocked very nicely and overall the unit was in very good shape. I think it would be nice if someplace on the property there was a small gym weather isn’t always the best to walk and that would be an extra opportunity to do a little exercise. Will definitely rebook this unit.

Fantastic! Condo was great and beach access was perfect. It was nice to have free chair and umbrella service...saved us from having to bring a bunch of extra beach equipment.

Nothing to do with property but for all 4 days, we were not allowed in water due to 2 red flags on beach. The condo was nice & comfy, had all the kitchen tools needed. . I would recommend this property to others.

First time visiting Okaloosa Island and Fort Walton Beach to visit our son who was in assignment at Eglin AFB. This was a great location on the beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Although there was stormy weather the first 2 days we played games provided in the condo and had wonderful time relaxing and visiting. Condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Great seafood restaurants nearby. Very comfortable and just few steps to beach!

We have stayed a numerous units at Nautilus. Hands down, this has been the best unit we've stayed it. The rooms were great. Living area and eat-in were great. Bathrooms were pretty good. Kitchen was the best. Had so many amenities that most units don't provide. I was blown away. We will stay in this unit from here on forward. You won't go wrong!

We like Nautilus very much and have been 3 times for a week.
They provide great service if you have any issues no matter how small. They have 2 full time repair men on site.
They handle the rentals very well and communicate very well.
The beach is very close and easy to get to.
The pool is very clean and nice. Parking is fine and not a problem.
Kitchen is very well furnished with every kind of appliance.

After hours of searching, I booked condo 2510 through Nautilus. It was a great fit for our family of 5 with plenty of space for everyone. The condo was fully stocked and we found everything we needed to cook and prepare our meals. The beach service was great and the attendants very friendly. We will definitely make a return visit! Our only complaint is the mattress in the master has a huge dip on one side and needs replacing.

This was our second time staying at Nautilus and it didn't disappoint! Our condo was beautifully decorated and fit 5 adults perfectly. It's well stocked with utensils and dishes!

We had a great time and the condo was in the perfect location and worked great for us. My only suggestion would be that a small supply of basics like creamer,sugar,salt and pepper be provided.

We had a great time and Unit 2510 met and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations. The only thing that I can think would make it better would be to have a Keurig in it. The decor was great. Exactly as it was portrayed in the pictures. It’s out of the major traffic congestion with some great local restaurants within walking distance. Only one elevator worked while we were there, but was not a major inconvenience.

Had a fabulous week as always! We have been coming to the Nautilus for a decade and always have a great experience. Great facilities. Great staff. Beautiful beach view. I love that it’s so close to everything but is a quiet beach away from a lot of the traffic.

The sound of the waves, the sunrises, and the night sky complemented the ocean perfectly! All of this was the perfect algorithm for a great Spring Break and all could be seen from the balcony of the unit!

This unit is exactly as pictured. Has a million dollar view. This was our first time staying at the Nautilus. It is a Great place to stay for families close to the beach,restaurants and shopping we will definitely be back!

This was the best place I’ve stayed at there yet. The room was extremely clean. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough dishes etc. the view from the room was incredible. The beds were super comfy and the livingroom was comfy! The beach walk was clean and convenient with 2 hoses and sprayers to wash the sand off. The beach chair service was GREAT! It was in a quiet location yet still close to so much and the guest services office staff was very friendly. 10/10 recommend. Stay here now!!

We tried to do this trip in 2020 and of course Covid stopped everything. This was a friends trip and we enjoyed it very much. The condo was perfect for our needs (there were 3 of us). The area was quiet and really less than a 5 minute drive to anything we needed. The Okaloosa Island and Ft. Walton Beach and Destin area is amazing.
The condo was spotless when we arrived. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Beach service everyday was a great perk.
We’re talking about our next trip already and Nautilus will be on our list of possible places to stay.

So my wife and I stayed in condo 2510, 2 bedroom 2 bath with a side gulf ocean view. The condo was amazing, CLEAN and Updated. We were super impressed walking through the door. Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready, but within the hour we got a call so we were able to check in a few hours early! The office staff was very nice and gave us all of the info we needed. Easy beach access, pool was always clean and the best part is 2 chairs and an umbrella are provided for you! One downfall for us was having to drive to restaurants. We prefer to be able to walk and have more to do. We found a local hangout called G.I. Jade tiki bar & bistro, by far this was the best food we had while on our 4 night stay. We went back there 5 times, it was a cool place to hang out listen to some music and get a bite to eat! We also tried the Boardwalk, there are several restaurants nice beach area and play area for the kids. There is a convenience store right next door, within walking distance to the Nautilus Condo. Overall, we had an amazing time and were super pleased with our accommodations. If we were ever to visit this area again we would come back to 2510 at the Nautilus for sure.

Condo was very clean, our views were amazing and we loved watching the dolphins in the morning while drinking our coffee, kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities and the owner thought of everything! We loved that the Nautilus was directly on the beach but about a mile off of the main strip. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had and even helped us print out tickets for an attraction we were attending.

Our 2 Bedroom Unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. Everything we needed was there. Parking is not a problem here and access to elevators just a few steps from pretty much wherever you park.
The complex is just as well kept with an office on site open for questions.
The Nautilus is a very nice destination either short term or long.

Due to hurricane Michael having just come through, we weren’t sure if we were even going to make it down. I contacted the Fort Walton Beach Fire Department and they told me the area had virtually no damage. The drive down was easy, and we were so happy to see everything in tip-top shape when we arrived. The condo was super nice, the walk to the beach is easy and the weather was perfect. We love the location, it’s close to the grocery store and some great restaurants (Asiago Skillet has THE ABSOLUTE BEST breakfast, and The Shack has some great seafood). We have found our new favorite time and place to visit the beach.

We had a great stay in unit 2510, our unit was updated , and very clean with enough room for 6 to be comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the Balcony in the evenings with a view of the Beach!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very nice with several upgrades. The view was great, especially from the master. We had everything we needed and more to live comfortably all week. Steps from the beach, which was great with 2 kids.Definitely will book this condo again in the future!
