we just loved our condo. it was very comfortable. we loved our view from everywhere. The kitchen had such great appliances and cooking ware.

This was even better than the pictures! The place is stunning and in the perfect location to walk to the beach (less than 2 minutes). The property managers where amazing as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The Nautilus and staff is fantastic. The condo was great. Well stocked with everything we needed for our family of five, and very clean. The mast bath was huge and super nice. The kitchen was great. The most impressive to me however is the staff. They are super welcoming, will take time to answer all your questions, and are there to help any way they can throughout the stay.

Overall it was a very nice rental. There were a couple of minor issues that did not affect our stay. We told the office and they were quick to address. All of the indoor furniture was nice and new. The master bed was not very comfortable, but wasn't the worst. The property was clean and everyone that we crossed paths with was pleasant. The newly renovated unit was nice and I'd recommend this unit and the property to others. Hoping we can come back and stay again soon!

Overall very satisfied with the condo. The sleeper sofa was broken. Maintenance looked at it but was never fixed while we were there. Pots and pans need some replacements. We will stay again.

This was a trip with my great nieces whom had never been to the beach. They were very excited and loved it! Condo was the perfect size for us! Very clean! My only complaint was the dryer wasn’t drying our clothes, but we called the office and a very nice man came within the hour and fixed it so I can’t complain about that. Would stay here again!

We loved Nautilus Condos. Our unit was well equipped and had great views of the ocean. The pool on property was always clean and had music playing which was a plus. This was a fantastic location and close enough to everything but also just far enough away to feel secluded and quiet. We will return next year for sure. Two fins up!

Wonderful experience. Loved the condo and all the amenities. Elevator worked well, adequate parking which we were so thankful for, good powerful water hoses to hose sand off. Our condo also had a closet that had quite a few spare toys and chairs people had left which worked out great! We will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay! Has everything you need to get started and the view from the balcony is awesome! The pool is a nice size and walk to the beach takes 2 minutes!

This unit has recently been refurbished following a hurricane. The furniture, appliances, flooring and decor appear to be newer.Nice view of the gulf from the living room and bedroom. Access to the balcony from both rooms.Very clean and well stocked with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The office staff is friendly and helpful. We observed the maintenance staff always working to keep the property in good shape. Will be back.

We had two weeks of beautiful weather, then the hurricane! Even that was not going to ruin our stay! Yes it was a bit inconvenient, but we stayed and had some beautiful days. We always enjoy our trips to the Nautilus! We stayed in 2710. It was a lovely condo and the views were wonderful!

After making great time on a very long drive with 2 small children, we arrived early to the Fort Morgan area. We decided to stop and eat at the local Waffle House and call the condo community to see if we could potentially get in early. They bent over backwards and empathized with our drive and got us in within the hour. The condo was newly renovated and had everything we needed, including a very stocked kitchen. The ladies in the office and the maintenance gentlemen were friendly and answered any question I had. The office recommended Stewby’s for dinner and I do too! The pool area was neat and the beach is right there! The chair guy on the beach was awesome and accommodated all of our needs. We hope to be able to visit again next year!
