This place was great! Beautiful views, nice and spacious, beds slept great! Easy access to the beach with two chairs and an umbrella on the beach! Additional chairs in room! It was beautiful!! Would love to stay here again!

The Nautilus was a great place for us to stay! It was our first time at the Nautilus and it was such a great experience! The location of being right on the beach was awesome and the pool area was great for the kids. Our condo was very spacious and kept nice and clean. The staff were very helpful with anything needed

Our condo was on the seventh floor of the complex. The condo was very cleaned and well-maintained. The staff at the condo was very nice and quick to respond to questions. The only downside to the condo was the
One of the 2 elevators, which happened to be next to our room, was not working. So there was only one elevator in the entire complex. This resulted in long waits. This would not have been so bad if we would not have been on the top floor.

The whole experience was great, the nautilus building and grounds, the condo, the beach, beach service, proximity to attractions, the whole thing. Immediately after booking we were contacted by nautilus with answers to questions we had that we hadn't asked yet and hadn't thought to ask. Leading up to our arrival we received helpful information about what to do once we arive. The lady working that day was very pleasant and helpful. Our 7th floor room had a wonderful view, both of the bay and the gulf. The condo was well stocked. The kitchen had everything you need to cook like at home (not things like butter or milk, of course). Everything was great. Highly recommend and will return.

The condo worked out perfectly for our family. We were in town to help an elderly family member. The mgmt company was very accommodating with our requests and we would easily come back again. We loved how quiet the unit was, the location and the large balcony. The under counter ice maker was a big hit also. Location to the beach was super convenient.

The condo was clean and nice, with a view of thw Gulf. Well-stocked kitchen, nice GE appliances, good A/C. The condo did have some wear and tear (towel rack in the bathroom was on the floor, one balcony chair had a small rip in the fabric). That didn't prevent us from having a fantastic time or enjoying the condo. Loved the 'left behind' stash where we could borrow extra beach chairs and floats. Beach service was available even before check-in time! Staff was super nice, always available and helpful. I will definitely stay hear again!

The condo was nice. Looked pretty clean and had great views. One of the sinks wouldn't drain and the toilet run BUT I would definitely stay at Nautilus again.

Upon arrival room was a little musty but quickly cleared as soon as the furnace was up on. Beautiful views and nice room. We did hear a lot of traffic being in the back of the building. Wishing we would have had better weather to enjoy the balcony but nothing you can do about Mother Nature :) We would definitely stay at the Nautilus again, but Gulf Front would be my pick.

We were very happy with Unit 2711. Had one minor problem when the dishwasher wouldn't run. The maintenance man came up quickly and was able to fix the problem on the spot. We were also able to check in early since the unit was ready. The convenience store right next door was a real plus since I enjoy getting a local newspaper each morning. Enjoyed a lot of walks on the beach right out the door.

We couldn’t have been happier. Location was great, condo was great. It was well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Furniture in living room was a bit dated, but it served its purpose. We loved the view from the balcony and got a nice breeze up there. The pool was nice and the beach wonderful. Looking forward to returning in the near future!

Loved the location - beachfront and everything from dining to all kinds of kid fun within 5 minutes. Condo was just what we needed and very clean. Only disappointment was that the check-in time stated 4 but we received a call at 3:30 letting us know that the office closed on Sunday at 4. We felt horrible because we had been in the area all day waiting to check in. When I mentioned that the paperwork said 4 pm check-in and that the office sign states they close at 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, I still felt as if we had done something wrong. But it will not stop us from returning- however we will know to try and check-in early next time!

Absolutely loved my stay in 2711. Very clean and wonderful views. The office staff was amazing and recommended great places to eat - other than the touristy places. The pool was nice - sometimes a little crowded, but the bathrooms were also very clean. 2711 has an ice maker that produced enough ice for our daily yeti cooler on the beach. The beds were hard, which I would recommend replacing, but other than that it was a wonderful vacation! Will definitely be back.

We stayed at another Nautilus condo two years ago and fell in love with the atmosphere. So when we had an opportunity to return we jumped at it. This place is so convenient and family friendly that it is an easy decision to make to stay here. Clean condo, fabulous view, clean pool and grounds. Great beach service.

This was our first stay in the area. After much research we decided on Nautilus. We were extremely pleased. The condo was amazing, great location, and very inviting. The staf was awesome, helping us as needed. Beach wasn't crowded nor was the pool area. We will definitely be back!!

This building is unique and comfy. The view of the gulf and the harbor was nice. The unit was clean and just as pictured. It was quiet and the beaches weren't crowded. The elevators are really slow though and this unit is on the 7th floor. The kitchen was huge and we loved the icemaker. The wrap around deck was amazing! We were close to everything- only 10 minutes to Destin, but we liked being on Okaloosa Island. Quieter with less hustle and bustle. I felt safe here, but my boyfriend's truck had stuff stolen out of it one night after we forgot to lock it. Keep your vehicle doors locked!! Other than that, we really enjoyed this location and rental unit. I would definitely return in the future.
