The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for an easy vacation, including dishwasher, garbage disposal, NEW refrigerator with water and ice in the door, all cookware, flatware, utensils, dining sets and small appliances.
Guest Bedroom: has a queen, wall-mounted TV and private bath (tub/shower combo).
SECOND LEVEL: You will find the master bedroom with a king, private bath (tub/shower combo) and French doors leading out to the balcony with NEW BALCONY FURNITURE.
BUNKROOM: has a FULL/FULL BUNK plus a pull out trundle (twin), wall-mounted TV and private bath with a tub/shower combo.

Morgantown Rules:
1. Golf Carts are permissible as long as they are operated by a licensed driver.
2. No on street parking. Please park under the house or in the driveway only.
3. Please do not hang towels or clothing on exterior railings.
4. Please stay off the dunes.
5. Both pools close at 10 PM and there is no lifeguard
7. Because the Morgantown beach is owned by the state of Alabama, there is a "leave only footprints" policy. All tents,
chairs and personal items must be removed each day.
