We stayed for a long weekend and this was a great spot for that. The elevator was a little sketchy at times and there are a lot of areas in the condo that need some paint maintenance. Otherwise it was a nice space for my family of 4 to stay and enjoy the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location right on the beach with a pool. It’s close to everything. Our condo was perfect for our family of five plus a grandparent. It would be really nice if the keypad to the door was updated and functional for a keyless entry so people would not have to keep up with keys. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with as far as dishes go but make sure to bring your own spices. We had a great stay and will definitely be staying there again!

Overall, we had a great experience staying here at Gulf Shores. Making the reservations, checking-in, & checking-out were some of the easiest we’ve experienced with vacation rentals. The location is great with good parking. The unit itself is great, especially for two families to share. There’s a lot of room and a great view from the balcony & the living room & master bedroom off the balcony. The new appliances & pots & pans in the kitchen were wonderful. (A few more forks would be good.) The only complaints/suggestions we had were the cleanliness of the floors & living room rug. The unit overall seemed clean, and the floors had been swept or vacuumed, but they needed a good mopping (as well as the balcony) & the living room rug just needs to be replaced. You could tell from the bottom of feet or white socks, after walking around for a few minutes , that the floors really needed to be mopped. In hopes that this will be done in the future, we would recommend this rental to others, and we would stay there again.

My wife and I were very happy with the 702 Legacy rental. Plenty of save for us and our 3 kids. Washer, dryer and 2 bathrooms made the stay very comfortable. The view was great from the 7th floor. Easy access to the beach. One of the smaller buildings so we never felt like there were to many people. Location is ideal for everything in Gulf Shores and close to Orange beach and Fort Morgan.
If I had to complain about something, and it’s really nothing, but the elevator was really hot. Not a big deal.
Our trip was great even with double red flags for most of our stay.
We will be returning to Gulf Shores in the future and 702 Legacy will be our destination. Thanks for a great vacation!

The condo was great. The view of the Gulf was wonderful! I loved the veranda. Could just sit and watch the waves and watch the birds drifting by. Just a few steps to the beach. It is a small property, but the condo was spacious and clean. Loved my stay!

The location of this unit, having the Gulf, is absolutely perfect. Being able to see tge waves from the master bed is wonderful.
The unit was clean but we found a few things that need attention.
1. The smoke detectors have been unplugged from the walls.
2. While the stove and microwave have been replaced, there is no light above the stove, which would be very helpful.
3. The towels are very cheap and rough and they need replacing.
4. The king flat sheet is barely big enough to cover the bed and needs replacing.
5. Only two dish washer soaps, very tiny bathroom soaps, very few trash bags provided. Every guest needs to bring their own. More should be provided.
6 Only junk hangars provided. We purchased plastic hangars and left them for next renter.

This condo was very nice. It is a split suite that is perfect for a family! I stayed there by myself and only used the front part of the condo! The art is very nice. I’m a professional artist and it was perfect ��! The beach, of course is always incredible!! It’s a nice location as it is central to two different walking directions that are very nice. Just enough distance from the center of gulf shores. It has all kitchen needs. Privacy and beautiful views!! One of my favorite places to stay in GS. Would stay again!!

The condo was spacious and in an excellent location overlooking the beautiful beach. Parking was easy, but we were there with no crowds. The condo is need of decluttering and some TLC and basic maintenance (like a new microwave, toaster, leaky faucets). Be sure to bring own spices and everything basic you will need for your stay.

We have stayed in this condo before- it’s beautiful! The stove could use some work- one eye doesn’t work at all. The microwave turntable doesn’t work, so heating things up can be a little bit of a challenge. The kitchen could use some pizza pans, pizza cutter, and a few bigger cookie sheets.
But overall, great place to stay! We are repeat vacationers here and love it! Shortest walk to the beach ever!

For the price charged, you would think some upgrades would be made. Cabinets in kitchen and bathroom warping and falling apart, oven door doesn’t close all the way, furniture isn’t comfortable, nearly every piece of silverware was dirty like it was used and just put back in drawer, coffee mug had coffee in it and placed back in cabinet. Condo wasn’t filthy but floors were sandy but it is on a beach :)
But the condo was spacious for us, beautiful view, loved the location. I also loved it is a smaller building and not fighting for an elevator all the time. Rental company was easy to work with and went seamlessly. I will be back for sure, just not this condo

Hisense refrigerator poor quality. Would not freeze items even over night. Refrigerator slow to cool items. Oven door does not close. Paint peeling off cabinets. Guest bath - the shower curtain goes up to ceiling. Makes shower dark and it is old, grimy and dirty. AC broke last day. Fan was reversed on condenser. Mold all over kitchen air vent. Balcony floor dirty. Bad smell in washing machine. Generally speaking the description of the unit did not accurately reflect condition.

Overall the rental was ok. The location was handy to everything and the balcony over looking the gulf was amazing. Was disappointed that the shower in guest bathroom did not work.

Gulf Shores Rentals was AMAZING to work with! So kind & helpful. The condo was very pretty HOWEVER cleanliness was bad. The furniture & rugs need a deep clean. The appliances need updating desperately. Overall, our stay was good. There wasn’t anything that needed addressed to interrupt our stay.

It was a perfect vacation. The rental company kept in contact with me as I traveled since I booked last minute. The view was amazing. Easy directions to office. And super easy check-out. The beach was peaceful and the location was perfect. I will stay there again for sure!

We have stayed at Legacy for many years! Have always enjoyed our stay. This time was no exception. Wonderful view and convenient to shopping, eateries and many entertainment venue's. This is our first time staying in this unit. Some of the kitchen appliances need to be replaced (microwave and oven). It also was in need of a deep clean. Especially in the master bath. The Legacy property was nice and well kept. I know it is the near the end of swim season, but, the pool needed to be cleaned. The property management company was very professional and the check in and out was quick and easy-to-use. I would recommend anyone to stay at this property and have done so!

Disappointed overall with this condo. It appears it's the type the owners don't spend much on. The front door safety lock was broken,the kitchen cabinets had some cheap plastic overlay that was coming off,a smoke alarm battery was chirping,all the remote control batteries were low,and no Keurig coffee maker. The microwave was dirty and rusted through in the back,sink was also stained with an old style faucet.

Cold windy and wet. Furniture old, mattress on both beds lumpy very uncomfortable bad nights rest. Table in the hallway in the way in and out. Ice would not dispense from door had to get ice by hand.

Have stayed in this same condo 4 times always look forward to it VERY DISAPPOINTED the floors were filthy! the furniture was worn,2 closet doors were hanging off the tracks, the sliding glass door handle was broken off, patio furniture filthy, only one chair to sit on balcony dishwasher sounded like we started a lawn mower the pictures displayed are from YEARS AGO don't be fooled
The management company didn't tell us shrimp fest was canceled and we had spoke to them three times in past month and they were informed 2 months ago felt like we were played for fools a cashier at sweet peas pets informed us 2 days before it was scheduled to start

The condo was great for our needs! The room for the kids was in the center- and because it didn’t have windows, we were all able to sleep til 8 am each day (the kids are usually up when they see daylight!) my only real complaint is that there were no hangers in the closets.
Also, it would be nice to have an extra toilet paper roll in the condo somewhere... we ran completely out before realizing there was no back-up.

Condo was decorated pretty. Location is convenient! The balcony furniture was broken and that was disappointing to only have 1 chair and 1 lounger. If I was the condo owner I would want to know that the cleaning service is lacking. Beautiful condo, but needs a new cleaning crew!

We had a pleasant stay. The condos kitchen and bathroom cabinets need fixed as they were peeling away on the doors. Light in the main bedroom didn’t work. The floors were gritty and when we wiped up the floor they came Away with lots of dirt. But the condo other then what was listed was well decorated and spacious probably wouldn’t stay again unless things were fixed.

The positives were the location, the beds were comfortable and the towels were in good shape. The condo was quiet. The negatives far outweighed though. The property was in poor shape and in need of many repairs and deep cleaning. The curtains have an eight inch water stain at the bottom. The cupboard doors were falling apart and off in the kitchen and bathrooms. The dishes and kitchen were not adequate. We pulled two glasses from the kitchen cabinet that were broken. The knives would not cut through anything, even a simple piece of fruit was dangerous to attempt to cut. The baseboards were filthy and in need of a fresh coat of paint. The entry lock keypad code did not work. The exterior patio was filthy and smelled of cigarettes. It was covered in cigarette ashes and spilled food & drinks. The patio furniture was dirty and uncomfortable. The comforter on the master king bed was worn and fraying beyond repair. The elevator was very dirty. We would not recommend this condo or stay here again.

We were both very pleased with the property, especially with how close it was to the beach. Russell liked the 'man cave' area. He could watch baseball in there and I could watch what I wanted in the other room. I enjoyed having the jaccuzzi tub, it was very relaxing after the long drive, just sad didn't get to use it more. Overall a very nice property and would probably want to get same unit when we come back in spring.

The property was in need of repair. The ceiling in the kitchen may have had some water damage. The popcorn ceiling finish was missing around the light fixture. The refrigerator leaked water on the floor. We had to turn off the ice maker to stop the leak. There were a few other issues we reported to the management.

It was absolutely beautiful, we had no problems everything was just as pictures showed! We would definitely come back here!!!!!!
