Our rental was a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo. While the location to the beach was fantastic, the rental property itself needed quite a few updates. For the price you pay for your stay, the interior needs to be improved. We won’t be staying at this particular unit but will stay at Surf Side again. The checkin/check out process was very easy.

Positives: appears new TVs, tile, curtains (need ironing), bed covers appear fairly new
Negatives: Kitchen ware needs updating and there was no big pot to boil shrimp,etc, instructions needed for TVs.

I have stayed at this property several times and I have never given a bad review. The unit I stayed in needs a very thorough cleaning and updating. Furniture in living room needs cleaning. Great location and spectacular views.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Surf Side Shores. Everything was great we had 2 units, 2 Bedrooms and a 3 Bedrooms unit. The size of both units was perfect we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the outdoor pools. We also used the grills to cook out for the 4th of July.
We will definitely be coming back next year!!! Thanks,❤️��

Sufficient room for the 5 of us. Had more than enough dishes,etc. Appreciated the fan since the back corner bedroom gets pretty warm. Everything was worn looking but neat and clean. Fine for a rental. The pool area was nice as well.

The property was nice. Needed some updates. But as far as my rental unit I was very disappointed.. The walls and base boards were very in need of paint. Remotes needed batteries. Curtains were very wore out. I called about the couch and rug being so nasty that they did send a cleaning service to shampoo. But then we couldn’t set on couch for three days. Ceiling tile in bathroom #2 was falling down.. 1701 needs to completely redone up to date furnishing. I booked several
Other condos for the ball team and when you saw there rooms I was glad I got the worst one. I would have been embarrassed.
But I will try another unit due to the convenience of this property.

Our condo was a decent, if somewhat, pricey, last minute find. There was a tropical storm, but that didn't, in and if itself, deter our cheerfulness. However, the first 2 calls to maintenance were satisfactory. The 3rd was totally unacceptable. With an inch or more of water standing in the master br, he left and did not return. We called again and security got in touch with a manager. We, my hubs, daughter and her family were moved to 2 seperate units on 2 separate floors b/c all the 3br units had the same problem. At 11:30pm. Request for a partial refund has yet to receive a response.

Had a great 2 month stay on the beach. Love this location. Had 1 maintenance issue that I reported by stopping in the rental office. It was literally fixed by the time we returned to the condo 30 minutes later!
