The location was perfect and we had a great time. Condo was clean and comfortable. This is a little thing but it is really cheap to provide just one toilet paper roll per bathroom and one trash bag for the week. This seems normal for company-run rentals but way out of the ordinary for regular VRBOs. They do warn you so we were prepared..just kind of seems cheesy.

We had a great time, and the location is perfect for gulf shores. Condo is very small, and pull out couch is not comfortable at all. It definitely needs to be replaced because if you layed down the bottom would fold up and mattress was very dated and rolled up. Condo was clean and security guard was friendly.

Well equipped kitchen. However, unit was very small and had no pantry. Stayed in a lot of condos, this is the first one without a pantry.

Very good location for the beach. Could walk to a few restaurants. Parking can be scarce if you come back late. Could use some updating on the furniture and some minor repair work but overall a decent place in a great location.

Everything was clean, in place and stayed clean. Check in was easy and fast. Although you hardly see staff on site the sit stayed clean the whole time we was there. They was quick to answer any questions by phone. Great location, great views! Definitely will be going back!

Loved the location, and the place was overall nice. Good-sized tv, nice king beds, good deck. Lacking good lighting over the dining room table. Was not happy they did not issue a second parking permit for guests to use, at no extra cost!

me, my husband & our 3 kids (16,12,2.5)stayed august 9-13 and we loved it. The place wasn’t too busy so there was always good parking, and it was easy to find the condo. The condo was really nice and plenty of space for all of us. The tvs had cable with a variety of shows for all of us to watch. Easy access to the beach! Have to drive to anything you wanna go to though. The balcony had lots of furniture for all of us to use and enjoy the view. The property was clean overall, as there were people mopping the floors & elevators daily. Will definitely be back next year.

The only problems were the lock on the dorr was difficult for arthritic hands and the dish tv kept going off.

It wasn't the best place even in the same complex you can find better. Only 1 key worked, replacements were hard to get into the lock. We had to go get another key, management wouldn't bring it to us. Thus cost went up as we had to pay someone for a ride. It seemed like everything in condo was broken from door handles to the lights. The master bedroom lights wouldn't turn on. They kept turning and turning. For the amount of money I paid for the week, I expected better. Other family stayed in same building and all other condos where better than this one.

The management company was very helpful. They moved us from this unit to another that was available. This unit smells moldy and the baseboard by the bathroom is dry rotted. Unfit to be a rental.

We stayed at 2805 for 4 nights in April 2022.
The Good- The Management Company was excellent at communicating and key pickup was easy. Download the app for easy checkout! The oceanfront condo was in a great location and had stunning views. Elevator was fast and didn't have to wait long for it to arrive. The condo was as clean as it could get. Furniture/furnishings were a bit worn but for the price point are alright. The beds were comfy! Pool and hot tub were great.
The Not So Good- The building itself has had some hurricane damage that has not been addressed. Water was leaking in the main lobby and it was obvious it has been for some time. The condo was very musty and had obvious water damage to the wood trim, door frames, cabinets, and walls. Water intrusion/damage/mold can be impactful and should be remediated. We bought some febreeze and tried to eliminate the smell. Linens are in need of a replacement, towels were threadbare and sheets were very scratchy, made worse by sunburnt skin. Eek. A/C struggled to cool consistently. We did not set too low and used the provided box fan to keep air circulating.
Overall, for the money, the condo offered amazing views, location to food, and shopping. It just needs some TLC to rank top place in the area. I would use the same property management company but would select a different building in the future.

Our overall stay was great. The location of the condo and the condominium itself was great. The condo we stayed in needed to be updated, as there were door frames rotted, the shower curtain was molded, the bath tub didn’t drain while you showered, and just some of the finishes (couch pillows, decor, etc.) needed to be updated since the age of them made it feel a little gross. Overall we would definitely stay here again if some of these things were addressed and fixed! The company was easy to work with and the condo was in a great location.

The Condo was clean, and super close to the beach. The view was amazing and it was very accessible to eating out, and stores. We have already started booking our next trip.

We had a wonderful time at Surfside Shores 2805. The unit was exactly as described and our stay was absolutely wonderful! I would like to suggest that maybe the owner could replace the pillows in the master bedroom with some softer pillows.

The rental process worked very smoothly. Keys were available at the rental office. The vacation unit was clean and ready when we arrived. Furnishings were adequate, but nothing fancy. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit has a large patio facing the ocean which we enjoyed tremendously. The walk to the beach was short, and there was water/hose to wash off as you returned to the complex. The pool was right on the beach, clean and a good size. The elevator in the complex did quit working randomly which presented a few issues since we were on the 8th floor. Otherwise the complex was very nice (clean and well maintained). The unit could use some cosmetic updates (scratches on the wall, floor boards scuffed, etc.) and the dishwasher needs to be secured. This problem was reported to the rental agency. Bought fresh seafood at S&S Seafood and ate at Bahama Bob's which are both within walking distance. Liked GT's on the Bay, Cosmos, & The Gulf. Lots of grocery store options nearby.
