Our family had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores. The warmer weather was a much needed blessing. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. Having an ocean view was super and made for many pleasant mornings watching the sun rise. We did see a few dolphins jump and swim as we sat on our deck. Thanks for the memories.������

Our recent stay at Surf Side Shores was absolutely wonderful. The unit was well equipped, everything was operational & clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We did not use the pool but it looked inviting. We were conveniently located to quite a few great restaurants. (We ate at one and ordered a meal to go so we wouldn't have to leave the unit the next day - we were totally content to stay at and in the condo.) Weather was ideal. We will definitely consider staying there again. The staff (guard?) and maintenance worker were also friendly.

Location, location, location!! So convenient and priced amazingly! Took my niece, her husband, and baby along with my husband and kids. It was so nice for us to have our own rooms and bathrooms for privacy. Right on the beach was amazing enjoying early morning coffee even saw dolphins from balcony one morning.

We rented two condos at surf side Shores. Both were clean and well equipped. We were not disturbed by noise of other guests. Would recommend as a vacation place. The only disappointment was the small master bath.

Outstanding! The property was very clean, perfectly located and allowed for easy access to the pool and beach. One thing to report was that one of the TVs did not work. One thing to ask is if a pair of black framed glasses were found which my daughter left behind. If so please coordinate with me for return.

We loved this condo and booked it again for next year. The condo is decorated very tasteful. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure is extraordinary! We loved it!! The view from the balcony was wonderful and we enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning. We were disappointed with the living room TV, a little small and hanging on the wall with the speaker in the back was hard to hear, and had quite a bit of buffering. Gulf Shores Rental is great to work with. The vacuum cleaner wasn't working and short on teaspoons (4) they were there the next day with new ones. The dryer vents were all cleaned when we were there also. The condo looks in person as it does on the website. It's very open, spacious and not a lot of do dad's taking up space. We spent 2 months here and enjoyed ourselves very much.

The customer services from Gulf Shores Rentals Inc was great. From entering the door to pick up information and getting the maintenance for a toilet issue. We were somewhat disappointed in the condo as it needed some maintenance attention. For one the rubber around the dishwasher was completely off and needed some attention before using the dishwasher. The doors from the living room going out onto the deck was impossible to open and keep shut (this was a all week adventure of getting in and out of the glass doors, and the wifi was very weak and little to no connection on our phones and the use of the TV's in the bedrooms were non existing due to lack of wifi. I did enjoy the view, watching the dolphins and the condo was very clean.

Great location on beach front; easy access to restaurants, shopping etc and surrounding towns. Maintainance by Glen exceptional. One very minor complaint is shower floor in master bath had spots of mold. Been using same unit for about 5 years now and will return in 2024.

We had a great time ! The condo was very nice, clean, and in a great location. The only issue we had was we booked this particular condo because it had three master suites we had three couples coming in which means three cars. When we arrived we asked the gate keeper if we were able to purchase another parking pass. He was very rude and told us there was a two car max on all condos. We then asked if there was an overflow parking and he said “ geeze I don’t know” he was not very friendly or helpful at all ! That was the one and only time we had to deal with him we googled public parking and found a lot 0.6 miles from the condo so we had to take one vehicle there and leave it during our stay. The condo and facility itself was great ! Management was great and sent out emails and text which I really liked

Condo was in a good location, as far as shopping and restaurants. Condo was very accessible to the beach.The keys were extremely hard opening the door. The tv in the oceanside bedroom didn't work. The bathroom in the first bedroom was not clean. Since we were not given fobs to use for entry and not given bracelets for specific condos, what keeps the general public off your beach front because anyone can enter and go straight to the beach

Awesome trip! So easy to check in and check out. Room had everything we needed. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. We were surprised that the keys to the property were in an open area and looked like anyone could pick them up but it was very easy!

Everything was great. Needed few upgrades, like a hole in wall that I had to spend time calling about, yet they were already aware of it. Aliso recliner is broken, needs replacing. Also the patio needs bar height table and chairs do you can see over railing. We didn’t like the netting that was strung between the railing bars. Otherwise the location was great, and atmosphere was great.

We had a great time the condo is right on the beach there were alot of people but not crowded we could space out plenty room. The pool was nice always clean. The condo had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Plenty for us. I am not a picky person but I do feel this property needs a good cleaning Iam sure the turn around time between guest has some bearing on that. But I noticed the one ceiling fan had quite a bit of dust build up on it as well as the air conditioning unit door vent. The floors were not clean because my socks were black on the bottom after walking on it a few minutes. The kitchen was clean as well as the bathrooms shower in the bedroom with the small balcony was very large and water pressure was great a plus. We did enjoy our stay.

This was the 4th time we have stayed at Surf Side Shores, but was the first time we rented a 3 bedroom condo. It was perfect for our growing family! We will definitely be back next year!

This unit was as described. The amenities were great and had everything I needed in the kitchen! Space was a little outdated and the Master bath was not as nice as the other 2 baths. Would have liked to offer some beach chairs with room.
My only complaint was that when we arrived, the door to the washer/dryer was completely detached and just sitting in the kitchen. We had to move it just to do laundry. Property management company was really great to work with though!

Great location right on beach with amazing views. We enjoyed our stay as a Famiky of 4 in 3 bedrooms with 3 baths. Pros: space to spread out, beds comfy, view/location, large balcony Cons: needs some updates, closet doors need replaced (laundry kids rooms), blinds broken but worked ok, no pantry or cabinet for food storage, furniture outdated

We stayed in this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with extended family and had more than enough room! The condo was very beachy as well as fresh and clean and we loved the balconies. We would stay here again. Great Beach access as well.

We have rented from Gulf Shores rental many times and never been disappointed until this last stay. We rented Surf Side Shores 2401. Condo was not very clean or really updated. Walls and paint were dirty, floor was dirty upon are arrival, recliner chair was broke and not able to be used, air conditioner froze up and we had to put fans on it to thaw it out, smoke detector beeped the whole night until we took it off the ceiling, no rugs anywhere in the unit to catch sand as we came in from beach, over all furniture and beddings very outdated. You can definitely tell this unit is used just for rental property. Property building as a whole was well kept and maintained. Property is in a good location to walk to restaurants etc. Would stay on property again just not in this unit. :(

This unit was wonderfully located and so clean. It was just what we needed in that the location was quiet and beautiful with full balcony, comfortable beds, handicapped accessible showers. The view was gorgeous and the trip was wonderful.

Great place to stay steps from the beach with a view. This was our first time in a condo and could not have been happier. Very spacious with plenty of room on the balcony to enjoy the beach view. Only thing that was not 100% is living room furniture probably needs to be replaced. Can tell its been used alot but with that view, I can understand why. Definitely would rent this property again.

This condo was gorgeous inside and out. Our views were amazing of the ocean and out the other side of the sunsets. Rooms were clean and in good working order. Only complaint is the amount of sand that was in the sheets on night one before we had ever gotten into the beds, which made us feel like they were not clean or new. During a pandemic, that was a stressful thing to feel, but we washed the sheets in hot water and it was fine.

It was our first time in gulf shores. Place was nice and in great location. When we went to bed that night each bed had sand in sheets. There were no pot holders and the master bathtub was very slippery I would suggest bath mat in tub. Other than that we enjoyed our trip and would be back.
