The Cypress Cottage is located in the gated Cypress Dunes community on the west end of 30A. This seaside 4BR/3.5BA home is a relaxing retreat just a half-mile to the beach. This two-level property boasts high-end interiors, an open concept with hardwood floors, and a screened porch.
Amenities include a clubhouse overlooking Topsail Hill State Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico as well as two resort-style pools, a jetted spa, tennis courts, and a fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
LIVING AREA

Find peace and quiet in the first-floor master suite with a king bed and 42” TV. The en-suite bath includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and water closet.
The second-floor suite boasts a king bed, 43” TV, and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and a 32” TV. The fourth bedroom holds a queen bed and twin bunk with a trundle and a 32” TV. The en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. A half bath is located on the first floor.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
A screened porch overlooks the property. Enjoy dining alfresco with a table for six. A sofa, two chaise lounges, a heater, and a 32” TV round out this entertaining space.
Amenities include a clubhouse overlooking Topsail Hill State Preserve and the Gulf as well as two resort-style pools, a jetted spa, and a fitness center. Make use of the outdoor fireplace, recreational lawn area, and tennis courts. Watch the sunset over the Gulf from the observation deck of the clubhouse.
The Cypress Dunes pool is heated seasonally. Heating is controlled by the HOA, and tentative schedule disruptions can occur. Pool heat is available during the following dates:
