The inviting living area has three comfortable sofas and a large smart TV with cable. The gorgeous marble dining table seats eight people comfortably and there is space for two more at the kitchen island. Speaking of the kitchen, it's been beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, built-in stove and oven on the island, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware needed to prepare delicious meals and beach snacks. When ready to venture out, your home is located just minutes away from the shops of Grand Boulevard, Vue on 30A, and all of the galleries, shops, and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center.
