Inside, the home features smart furnishings, beautiful floors, and a full kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils you'll need to cook an extraordinary meal for your guests. Head down to the water for an afternoon playing in the surf then spray off the sand with the outdoor shower before kicking back with a good book and an iced tea out on the balcony. THINGS TO KNOW This complex's stairs will undergo construction in June 2023 with an unknown completion date. The daily timeframe will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays). During this period, temporary stairs will be available, as well as the elevator in the middle of the building for guests to use. Guests must travel by car to reach this condo. A sofabed provides an extra sleeping space. Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests. This is a non-smoking property. No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis
