One month before arrival to condo I was asked to pick a new suite or change my vacation dates because the original suite was no longer available. That set the tone for a lot of confusion the rest of the stay. There was no wifi or tv services, when I contacted the internet provider that was listed on the welcome sheet I was told it was cancelled. Blue water staff said they could not help me to retrieve it since that is done at the discretion of the condo owners.

Our stay at Blue water #702 was perfect! Just a magical place to be! The place was clean, well stocked, the beds were comfortable, restaurants, groceries and shops were all super close by...we really couldn't ask for anything better. We spent A LOT of time on that lovely balcony with that GORGEOUS view. I wish I was back on it right now :) Great family Alabama getaway! 5 stars! Highly recommend!! Thank you!!!!

Great location. Condo needs some updating and the beds in the double bed rooms were terrible and that room stayed hot. The balcony and outside furniture was fabulous, the pool and area were nice too

The patio and view were the best part of our stay. There was trash behind the nightstands in two of the bedrooms. There is nowhere to walk for dinner or any activities. The property was very dated. I have stayed in many beach condos, and even though it was clear that we were to bring all of our supplies, a little bit of "extras" would go a long way. Most condos have a few extras such as salt and pepper, a few coffee filters, and a few beach toys or a couple of chairs. We left these items in hopes that these items would be left for the next guests.

Great location right on the beach. Nice and close to a small Walmart and other stores to stock up on necessities. Communication with the management company was easy. The place felt spacious and clean. Huge balcony with patio doors from the master bedroom and the living room. Easy in and out. The price is very reasonable for what you get. I would definitely stay there again.

The Bluewater complex is very conveniently located, with grocery and restaurants close by, and it’s not too big. The beach was never crowded during our stay, and the elevators seemed to run very quickly. The unit itself was updated, but the guest beds were not very comfortable as has been mentioned in previous reviews. The pullout sofa was pretty much worthless and bowed up in the middle. My only other complaint was that I was charged for two parking passes when I placed my reservation online. I called the office to let them know that I probably only needed one pass, and the gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and said to just call back later and let them know. When I called back, I spoke with a different gentleman who was very rude and was unable to credit the second parking pass that I didn’t need. I would definitely stay in this complex again, but I am not sure if I would book a property from this rental agency again.

View was great. Facility was nice. There were some spots that needed extra cleaning attention which I sent upon our checkout and they planned to take care of it. Any questions I had were answered promptly. We would love to stay here again.

We were able to arrive early, which was GREAT. The accommodations were very good. Location is good. No complaints only minor issue was one of the beds in the room with two is in desperate need of replacing. It was a really good trip.

The day before arrival, we were sent everything that we needed to know. The keyless entry pad was one of the best things!! The Condo was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, and it had everything that we needed!! We will definitely be back!!!

The condo, location, and overall experience was GREAT!! It was exactly what we were looking for. Only suggestion would be to clean the floors. The floors were quite dirty but other than that, nothing I would have changed.

Place was exactly as pictured. On the gulf great view of water. . I’m always concerned about how clean a rental is. It was clean! We were pleased about that. The main door lock needs to be fixed asap! Couldn’t get in had to call. Help was fast and I was glad I could talk to a human and not just leave a message. Bummer the hot tub, it was broken and wish there was an outside hot tub too.

Our family goes to Destin, FL every year; however, we decided to invite our extended family (out of the country) to Orange Beach this time and we were not impressed. The pictures on the website was deceiving, very small for 10 people. The condo's was not cleaned thoroughly. Floor was filthy, dust on ceiling fans, mildew on shower curtain. We had to sweep and mop beginning of our stay. The condo definately needs lots of updates. There's no ceiling lights, only lamps throughout the condo. Too dim and gloomy for our liking. We did enjoyed the oversized balcony overlooking the beach; unfortunately, that was the only thing that we enjoyed. I strongly recommend nonstick pots and pans. That would make breakfast so much easier for eggs and pancakes. Overall, we were disappointed and had to apologize to our family for the condition of the condo. Will not be back.

Our family enjoyed our vacation. The location was wonderful...close to everything. The beach is beautiful. Condo was spacious and well outfitted. Note to future Bluewater visitors: you are only allowed 2 parking passes. We were told by the rental company to park our 3rd car at Wal Mart only to return and find that it had been towed and required a $244 ransom to retrieve it. Not sure how to solve this problem when you have family coming from more than two locations to meet for vacation, but there needs to be a solution. We can’t be the only ones to have this issue.

Actually it was really great. The condo was as advertised and perfect beach spot and view. The only changes I would make were a few games and cousins for the patio chairs. Also, a tad more cleaning. The floors needed a good mopping inside and on patio. However, I would rent again in a moment!!

Location and view was awesome, but the condo was not clean, shower liner was mildewed and had to be changed out that took two calls on two separate days to get resolved, king bed was half bed up with full size sheets, stove very unleveled!
Condo could use a really good cleaning!!!

The condo was clean and in a great location - we were able to walk to several restaurants and grocery stores. The best feature is definitely the oversized patio overlooking the beach - there is plenty of room to spread out. We had an issue with the condo not being ready upon our arrival, but the management company was very accessible and helpful and we were able to work things out. You do have to drive into Gulf Shores to pick-up the unit keys, but it was a very easy process. Also, keep in mind the entire Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area is still being rebuilt after the 2020 hurricane season, so there's a lot of construction happening along the beach.
