Palm Beach A44 is a spacious 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo located on the 4th floor with a side view of the gulf from the living area.

King, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 4.

Both the living room and the bedroom have balcony access. The condo is approximately 863 sq ft with an oversized en suite bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a stacked washer and dryer. There is a half bath accessible from the main living area.

**Condo has all new carpet and freshly painted throughout.

Palm Beach is a 5-story building located approximately 3.5 miles east of Hwy 59 in Orange Beach. Palm Beach has 2 outdoor pools (seasonally heated), free WiFi, a small fitness area, and a bbq grilling area. Parking fee not included; must be purchased on site. Guests go directly to Palm Beach to pick up their check-in packages and pay for their parking passes.

I stayed with my daughter and grandson for a few days. The condo was perfect for us. Very clean, quick walk to the beach, fast elevator and convenient to our favorite coffee shop. We were able to go straight to our condo when we arrived, which was before check in time.

The condo was just ok. There was no hair dryer. The kitchen sink needs some repairs or replacing. And the door stopper on the door would not stay up so you would have to hold it up as you were closing the door. An elderly person would not be able to do this easily. The bed was not comfortable.

quick trip to the beach!

The location was great with light traffic and close distances to restaurants. I did not notice the fees for Property Parking on my contract and was told that they were listed on the Property Website, so be prepared $45 per stay, per car. Rental Management was quick to explain upon arrival though. The Unit needed some updates, furnishings were worn, faucets were old, shower had mold and spreads and towels were dinghy. With the fresh pain and new carpets, it was cozy.

We booked thru VRBO, and Gulf Shores Rentals was the property manager for our condo. The condo was the TERRIBLE, the one thru VRBO. I called Gulf Shores, and they immediately resolved our situation. We were in a new unit the following day, that was amazing. Thank you for saving our vacation. I would recommend anyone coming to the area to book thru you, as I will from now on. Thank you

The condo had a musty smell to it the entire time we were there. The bed was horrific. I called about it and was they could not do anything but I could go buy mattress toppers if I wanted to. So I did which made all the difference. Could not figure out the TV with all the remotes, would have been nice to have some direction on that.

My husband and I had goog stay. The construction right out our door was annoying. There were two elevators one was down for repairs it was eventually fixed.two days later it was down again leaving no elevator. We stayed on the second floor i have bad knees my husband has a bad back .needless to say it was choir to cary all our luggage down 4 flights of stairs.
