The bunk room is located through the master bedroom and master bath. It has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, TV and a gulf view. Covered parking is available in the garage along with a full bathroom with stand up shower and the laundry room, which includes an extra refrigerator for additional food and drink storage. Spend time outdoors with friends and family on the deck which spans three sides of the home. The fenced yard contains the sparkling swimming pool which is private to the home. This unique and spacious home sits directly beside and across from a Gulf easement providing its guests the ultimate views and access to the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
