I really enjoyed myself this Labor Day weekend. The home was just lovely it had everything I needed to enjoy the vacation. I also loved the proximity location to the beach.

We rented this house for the Blue Angels show & it was perfect for our family of 5! Awesome open living area, nice sized bedrooms, and very well maintained with everything we needed. The backyard was furnished with plenty of room to entertain family and friends. Amazing for our 2 year old. Fresh Zinnias for our girls to pick were an added bonus.

Panferio 1314 is an older home with a great remodel, everything is modern and comfortable. Back yard is enclosed with a wooden privacy fence. Location is convenient to everything yet feels comfortably isolated. Loved everything.

We had a great 3 weeks at this rental!! Everything was clean and kept up! You couldn’t ask more of a vacation home.

Absolutely loved this house! Everything was great but the highlight was the beautifully landscaped and well maintained back yard. Our dog Brutus loved it as much h as we did. Perfect to hang out and relax, and a gorgeous background for family pictures! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Panferio 1314. This was a quaint beach house which was perfect for what we needed. Very close to the beach, just a short walk. Overall the property was clean. This is a pet friendly rental so i did notice some dog hair from previous guests, but overall I was happy. We are always satisfied when we rent from Paradise Beach homes, they are always very responsive and helpful.

Best description - we would rent this property again!! Ready for a swim - walk across the street for sandy beach and the sound. Home is well appointed for any type cooking you want to do. Tasteful and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the well groomed backyard and outdoor living and playing space. Close to east beach dog park. Close to Paradise Bar and Grill. Great for the entire family - friendly, food, beach, entertainment, relaxed atmosphere

We loved staying at 1314 Panferio. The house was clean, well maintained, fully stocked, and had beautiful decor. The backyard was fenced and very nice with an outdoor shower as well. We loved that our dogs were able to come with us on our stay. This location is only a few blocks from the beach so it was very easy for us to walk back and forth. This has been our favorite place to stay in Pensacola and I will certainly be back.

We had a great stay in Pensacola Beach.Enjoyed the beaches and the wonderful selections of food within 2 miles from our location.
The rental was clean and in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil pot pans bowls and dishes. The outdoor lot is fenced in which gave us comfort in knowing we could leave our dog out and he would stay within the fence. The only problem we encountered was the outdoor grill didn’t work so we called and management’s acted quickly so we could grill that evening. We have stayed at 1314 a couple time and we had stared at 1413 before the owners decided to live there permanently. So 1314 is our favorite. We love the neighbor. Quiet. About 4-5 o’clock the neighbors come out for a walk or bike ride. All friendly. We will come again

Vacay verdict: This spot deserves a trophy for 'Best Coastal Crib'! It's practically BFFs with the beach, serving up more amenities than a magician pulls from a hat. The backyard? A canine paradise and the perfect hangout for 'adult children' (a.k.a. big kids). Plus, the Pensacola Beach boardwalk? It's like a theme park for fun-loving souls! If life had a rewind button, I'd book this pad faster than you can say 'sandcastles' – definitely coming back for round two!

Living in Pensacola, we choose this home for several reasons. One being a place to that our daughter could get dressed for her wedding, a home without steps due to my mother is handicapped, plenty of bedrooms for my other adult children to spend the night, plenty of parking to entertain and a fenced in back yard. This home was truly well thought out from all the appliances in the kitchen, the back patio was very comfortable for entertaining and the beds was fantastic. Kudos to the home owners for thinking of everything.

This was my second time staying at this property and it is one of my favorite places to stay. Paradise Beach Homes were great in the rental process. This house was updated, clean and had a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and appliance you would ever need. Very comfortable, 5 stars all the way.

Our family reunion of 8 people had the best time on our getaway at Panferio! It had plenty of space, huge backyard for our dog, equipped with everything we would need and steps away from the beach and sound! Easy check in process and absolutely beautiful location. Highly recommend!

THe home is cozy and quirky in the layout. But its a home to make memories in. The backyard lets you enjoy the outdoors, with privacy. Easy access to everything beach related plus some. Since its all one level no worrying about stairs for older members, or the very young 2 legged, to our 4 legged furry kids.

Easy walk to gulf or sound. Easy drive to boardwalk.
The fenced yard felt very private... great spot for morning yoga and coffee.

Cute little house in a great location! Short walk to the beach and across the street from the sound. House was clean and the perfect size for our family. Very nice back yard and kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and tools we needed.

Perfect size for what we needed. Only real disappointment was the dryer wasn’t working. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to know that prior to arrival. According to the guest book, it was not working well before we got there. Rest of house was great.

Everything was fine except there is no dryer. They have been "waiting on a part since At least March according to the 9ther complaints. Rent should be discounted. Seeing as this is one of the reasons we rent a house for the week. Now I have to use my valuable vacation time dry clothes at laundromat. Theu could have at least moved the broken one out and rented one for the vacationers to use while they wait for the original dryer to be fixed.
I would not recommend to a friend unless I knew their dryer was working.
General condition was fine. I noticed some animal hair in the bed in the first bedroom on the right.location was fine.

We had a great experience with our stay! Check in was a breeze and Paradise Beach Homes was great to work with. The house was clean upon arrival and the beds were very comfortable. Our pups enjoyed running around in the fenced back yard. The view of the bay was nice and it was just a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend staying at this property!
