Via De Luna 1414 - Beachy Keen

This home was perfect our party which consisted of three different families, 6 adults and 7 active boys. Each family had plenty of space and the garage area gave our boys a safe place where they could have fun. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of towels. The only thing we wish the home had was beach towels.

Overall excellent! Great pool/baloneys/LR/location. Only complaint is the extra sleepers in the bedrooms are terribly uncomfortable/unusable (at least for adults)

We loved the house and the location. Just wish it had a heated pool for the grands. Sorry so long getting back with you came home and a week later developed RSV. Also my husband thinks he left some shoes in the up stars master bedroom. Anyone find these?

This was first time traveling with full family and it’s harder for my dad to walk or sit for long periods of time and he was worried about this trip. As soon as he arrived on property and looked around he said “let’s go again next year”. Haha. It was an easy walk to the beach, we had 6 kids of various ages, 13 people total and everyone could easily go back and forth to beach,pool, or house for naps, lunch, etc. The days would be beach all morning, pool, then cook and eat dinner, and then when kids went to bed my siblings would have ping pong tournaments. Blue Angels nearby was an easy drive and fuk time as well, and there’s about a 6 minute drive to restaurants, shops. House was well kept, everything worked great, and plenty of towels, extra blankets for comfort. We’re already thinking about booking for next year! Thanks for a memorable vacation.

My family and I had a blast here. Great location, very clean, just an overall great house. Perfect for large families. I highly recommend staying here.

This home was absolutely perfect. We were celebrating my 40th and friends from all over the country flew in, and this house could not have been more accommodating. The customer service was fantastic from the moment we checked in. The house was so clean and welcoming. I loved all of the seating in the living room that allowed for all of us to hang out. We had amazing weather, so didn’t take advantage of the ping pong table and pool table, but that would be great for a rainy day! I can’t say enough great things and would definitely stay here again!

The house is phenomenal. The amenities at the house (pool, game room, grill, walking distance to the beach, & more) were all enjoyed. Being on island time for 3 days was such a treat. I will be doing this again in the future.
