The short boardwalk to the little beach was perfection. We spend out whole trip swimming out there.
Both showers are quite small but were manageable for our group- but pass on this one if you have mobility issues.
Bunk bed situation fit 4 teenage girls with no fights for the whole week, kitchen was serviceable. Giant dining table fit all of us for the few meals we had in house. This middle-aged lady seriously considered paying for a mattress pad on that hard king bed, but not the end of the world lol.
Management was very responsive and easy to deal with.

We checked in with a wonderfully quick check in at the Pensacola Office. The house was just as advertised, and in a quiet neighborhood. The back dock to the inlet was a HIT with our whole group whether you were reading a book down there, bird watching, or sand play with the kiddos. In the evenings we could hear the Ron Jon pier live music at a perfect volume from our dock. Easy to get to everywhere, the only recommendation I would have is to buy all your grocery prior to coming onto the island and plan to stay on the island to avoid traffic and give yourself every moment of vacation possible. And make sure to spend an afternoon at the National Shore, and Fort Pickens.

We loved the house! It fit the four of us perfectly! Loved that it was well stocked with t.p., paper towels , linens, towels and wash cloths, spices, coffee, sugar, games, baby and kid stuff(we didn’t need it) and some toiletries in a pay it forward box! Also had cozy throws to wrap up in. We also loved that the AC wasn’t controlled to only go down to a certain temp! We like it chill at night! Our only complaint was the back patio deck was in bad shape and hadn’t been cleaned. Great location for seeing the concert at the Amp!! Close to lots of great places to eat also!! We went to Tavola Trattoria, Sushi House, and Restaurant on 6th, they were all great!! Would stay there again!!

This was our second year renting this property, while it is not the newest or biggest, it is homely, welcoming and very comfortable, the doc to the bay makes it very enjoyable, the only improvement I would make if it were mine is I would improve the back yard area and enclose it for pets. Maybe add a small overhang porch. Regardless it is a great little place and we will rent it again without hesitation.

We love this little house! It’s minimal with all the necessities. Wish the master bathroom was abit bigger but it does its use. We loved hanging out in the bay! And it’s so close to walk over to the beach

Loved this place. So much bigger inside than it looks. So roomy and perfect for a family. Very clean. Had everything there your need, especially for cooking and grilling. Loved the little pier with private beach on sound. Great big TVs in every room. Beds were comfortable. Loved the sunroom. Definitely will rebook and recommend. Easy walk across to gulf side.
