It has every comfort you can imagine and is just steps away from the Emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The ground level consists of a huge garage and two driveways with enough space to fit at least 8 cars if guests are joining you. In the garage, there are plenty of things to keep you and the kids busy whether riding bikes, playing ping pong or basketball. There are plenty of beach toys as well to take right out the back door to the beach. The second floor of this recently built townhome has a living/dining area with an expansive deck, a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a laundry room, full bathroom and a bedroom that would be perfect for the kids as it has a twin bunk on top, a double on the bottom and another pull out twin underneath. On the last floor, there are two tastefully decorated bedrooms each with a queen bed and a full bathroom for your convenience. The master bedroom is also located on the last floor with a private deck, king bed, sitting area and an amazing bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk in shower with two shower heads. You will not be disappointed, as this is a real gem!
