With six king beds, two day beds, and twin bunk beds, this home will sleep 16. The main level has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living area. Two bedrooms are also located on this level. The other four bedrooms are located on the upper level along with a second living area and second kitchen.
The Crow's Nest offers even more amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound! Enjoy the spacious covered deck on the main level, the sun deck on the upper level and an observation deck. There's even an outdoor kitchen with hot water and a gas grill that is blocked from the wind by a glass wall. Two laundry rooms, one on each level for your convenience. Covered parking is available for multiple vehicles.
Shuffle board is available on the Gulf side, ground level, of the home. A ping pong table, paddleboard, kayak, four adult bicycles and two children's bicycles, Corn Hole boards, horseshoes, children's toys, and floats. Beach chairs and tents available for use as well. Both kitchens have Keurig coffee makers. This home is just a few blocks from shopping, dining and Pensacola Beach nightlife. Elevator available for medical use.
