We stayed here for a long weekend. It was amazing, so close to everything we needed but it was also so far away from the traffic and craziness of Spring Break. The villa was huge for us with two parents and too very tall teens. We loved walking on the beach and just hanging out in the living room. The place was well-kept and stocked!

The property management company made check in and out very easy and quick. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. The property itself was perfect, steps from the sand and beautiful gulf! It is located past the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk and is on a very quiet, not-crowded area of the beach! The shops and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away for when we wanted them! Portside Villas seems to attract a considerate, quiet crowd and there was always space at the lovely pool! The condo was roomy, very clean, and had everything we could ask for in the kitchen incl a fridge with ice maker, coffee pot, a table to seat all it sleeps, platters and pitchers! The small soaps provided in the restrooms lasted for our hands for the week and so did the 3oz dish soap. A bathroom for each room made getting ready to go out very nice! Highly recommend this unit, Portside Villas, and Pensacola Beach! Thank you so much for the great memories!

This is our 4th year in PB and 3rd rental location - and this has been our favorite yet! Clean, awesome location (love our walks to Tom Thumb and Peg Legs), seemed like a private beach to ourselves on some well as the pool! Only recommendation - possibly having some furniture on the ground level 'patio'. When it rained, it would be nice to sit out there in something other than our beach chairs.

First time ever renting a beach house, and we couldn't be happier. Location is right on the beach and just down the street from tons of dining and shopping.

We had a great fall break vacation and our rental unit was perfect. We vacation along the Florida panhandle 2-3 times a year for the last 15 years and have rented many different houses and condos but Port side villas is now our favorite. What a great surprise!!!! Steps from the beach and the unit (14) was perfect. Thank you for making our vacation!!

You can’t get any better than on the beach and feeling like you’re directly part of it. The staff was great. They helped with putting bouquet of flowers in the house ahead of time for our 10 yr anniversary!

I booked this for our family to be together for my son's wedding. It was the perfect fit for three families...Plenty of room and a wonderful view within a few steps to the beach and a beautiful pool.

We loved this home! Tastefully decorated. Spacious, comfortable beds, great location! Loved having the ocean for our backyard! Nice pool! Friendly people! Didn't want to leave!

This property was as beautiful as the posted pictures and everything was as discribed. It was clean and the entire complex was well maintained. The only downside was parking. There is tandem parking in the garage and apparently only one designated space outside. Don't bother trying to park anything larger than a medium sized SUV in the garage. Because of the location of this unit there was no room to make the turn. Some of our family had to park outside the complex. Very inconvenient! Must be very trying during the busy season. That aside, our stay was wonderful with beautiful views of the beach. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone interested in a family friendly vacation.

Very relaxing and right on the beach. The condo was very comfortable and very accessible to all the attractions in the area. We have been using Paradise Homes for several years and are always pleased by their professionalism and going the extra mile to please their customers.
