The house was well stocked, clean, with a beautiful inground pool and great backyard and patio. It even had a tiki bar with a tv. Great open floor plan and comfortable sofas and love seats. It was very warm for our stay and the AC struggled to keep the 2nd and 3rd floors cool. Our extra fans helped.

The updates like the backyard and living room furniture were appreciated. We have rented on PB for 40 years. These last two yeas were the first time we were not on the water, but it was nice. With little ones, the pool is really nice. Small touches like two coffee makers are very nice.

What a great house for our annual family vacation! This house was very close to the beach walkover, making getting to the beach very easy for all ages. The private pool was a game changer for our family. We loved the covered area for hanging out after a beach day. There was ample seating around the pool area. The newly added tiki bar will be awesome once it is complete. Also, the back yard is beautiful! The grass really sets this yard apart from neighboring yards. About the house: water pressure in the showers had us all talking! It was great! Having a 2nd refrigerator downstairs, close to the pool area was really nice. The gas grill was clean and we used it several times. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans and serving items. There were plenty of nice towels for the bathrooms. The washer and dryer was great. With our large family, we were constantly washing and drying, they was running non-stop. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. The outside covered balconies made a great place for morning coffee. There was adequate parking for our 4 vehicles. A great thing about our location: Walmart deliveries! We were fortunate enough to have our first day, very large food delivery, arrive within a few hours of arriving at the property. Hint: tip well if you expect someone to shop for you! Our family is already making plans for next year! 10/10

This was the perfect house for our three generation family vacation. The large deck with numerous tables and sitting areas had a view of the gulf that we all appreciated. There was a was a large dining room table and bar stools which provided plenty of seating at meals. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were extra linens provided which is always appreciated. It was a short walk to the beach and easy access. We enjoyed the pool each evening. And on a rainy day the teens enjoyed the pool table.
The only complaint would be that the ice maker in the fridge is very slow at making ice. An additional ice maker would be a great addition to this house.

We have been coming to Pensacola for vacation for over 25 years. This was our first time staying in this home!!! It was very nice, the kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels were available for our use. We did experience trouble with the A/C and the washing machine, but Paradise rentals responded and resolved the problems quickly. Great location. No complaints.

House provided lots of space for our family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items, including knives. The pool was clean, the room housing the pool table was a hit with my grandkids. Front porch provided a wonderful view of the ocean and the bath to the beach was one house down.
The only downside was that there was no ice machine and the freezer doesn’t make a lot of ice.

Short ride from airport. Easy access to beach. Had an ocean view. Pool was perfect. Home was very clean. Only negative comments is the washer and dryer need to be replaced. Dryer was rusty on the inside. And the owners also need to replace the can opener and pizza cutter. Both did not work very well.

Stayed June 2022. We had 11 adults and 1 child during our stay. Very nice property - conveniently located -The beach is only steps away. Pool and patio area offered plenty of seating and the pool has nice lighting for evening swims. The house was well stocked and had plenty of space for our group. Would highly recommend.

Seashell Château was a perfect home for my family! Rooms were enough for all, open living made it easy to move around. Location is steps to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola beach. A good walk to the shops. Pools was used well by the kids, grill too! It is a quiet spot to stay away from the crowd but be with the crowd if you want to. kudos to The management of the property because they make your stay memorable. This day was slightly rough at first but everything is attended to. I will definitely book again! Thank you! Bonus! Play room for the kids. I noticed that there were more stuff there to use than noted on the description.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seashell Chateau. We used this house as our guest house for our wedding that was a few houses down and it was more than enough room. It has plenty of rooms, multiple areas to relax, and a pool to cool off in. It is right on the beach and is easy to access the water from where you are staying. The staff was friendly and quickly assisted with all needs.

This house was ideal for our family of 10 and very impressed with the well stocked kitchen. We also were pleased with the easy walk to the beach. Contacting Paradise Beach Homes for a few issues resulted in immediate response.

It was like our own l little paradise, we had 4 kids and they had a blast in game room, pool, beach, local amenities & house in general. Loves the views and close convenient beach access. would stay anytime

The house was very clean plenty of room and excellent views. Very close to beach and right next to beach access point. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cute decor. We enjoyed our stay. Heated pool was wonderful on the cooler days. Only complaint is for the amount you spend you would think they would provide one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

The house was gorgeous and was decorated very well. The beds were so comfy, no complaints there! We were very disappointed to find out the day of our arrival the pool heater was not working. This was one of the main reasons I rented this home and paid more for the house plus a pool heating fee. I was also very disappointed with the hot water situation. Two mornings I was up before everyone else and attempted to take a shower. There was not enough hot water for one person to take a hot shower, much less all the guests staying in the home. There were very many cold/luke warm showers taken during our stay. There was plenty of parking, we loved the gameroom, and the balconies are just amazing. I probably would not stay here again ONLY due to the hot shower issue.

Weather was fantastic and this was spacious home with a backyard pool and the gulf just steps away. Clean beds, lots of towels and starter supply of bath supplies. Just wish someone would have told us beforehand that the pool was heated.
